I highly recommend Chief of Locks Locksmith and Toby. Scheduling a locksmith to come out was easy. Everyone I spoke to was kind and professional. Toby came out just a few hours after calling, and he was kind, professional, and skilled. He not only re-keyed our locks but fixed an ongoing lock issue no one else could fix. I will hire them again

On February 21,2026, I had Chief of Locks Greenwood make me a new key for a car that I purchased that day. On March 9th 2026, my car went into lock and anti theft mode. Before, I found out that was the issue. I wanted money on a new battery. So I took my car to my mechanic and the dealership to get diagnosed and both said the key wasn’t programmed correctly. The dealership tried reprogram the old key and it won’t reprogram. I called Cheif of Locks to see if they would fix the issue but they have yet tried to resolve the problem. It’s been going on 3 weeks now since I haven’t been able to drive my car. Since no one in management called to fix the problem. I will be pursuing with legal actions. Do not let Chief of Locks make you a new key for your car.

The prices discussed with dispatch was not what they were trying to charge me. I was told $250 for a new fob and after he was done ( 2 hrs later), he quoted $367 after I told him that’s not what I was told, he called his dispatcher and had him on speaker phone as I hear him say “ let’s charge her $450”, I told him I won’t be paying anything but the $250 that was originally told to me, he than said that was fine. In the end 2 Stars is for the effort of traveling. Never again.
