Absolutely horrible experience. Waited over 30 minutes for a salad and a sandwich to be made. After about 20 minutes I finally asked someone told they were waiting on my drinks, then 10 minutes later they were making the food, then 10 minutes later they had to remake the food. Only after I had to ask first. Why was I not told? Then I asked for a refund so I could just have my order made at a different chick fil a and they said they couldn’t do that because my order was already made. IF IT’S ALREADY MADE THEN WHY IS IT NOT IN MY HANDS?! I’ve never had a good experience here. I will never be coming back to this location.
Ordered a Cobb salad to go. Someone swiped my order when they called my name. The lady who was standing next to me (with nothing bundt cakes in her arm) asked if she could help, I told her what happened and was having them take care of it. She was very respectful of the employees. You could tell that this was normal, come to find out she was a manager and it was her day off. She went above and beyond. Just wish we had more managers who were like this. Much respect for you.
It’s got to be a management issue. The place is absolutely filthy at 3:30 in the afternoon. Not a single clean table, food and trash all over the floor, someone spilt a drink by the front counter and no one was cleaning it up, people just having to walk through it and track it around the restaurant. Get it together Chick fil a Greenwood! If the dining area was that filthy, how filthy is the kitchen?
