The staff at this Greenwood Chick-fil-A is downright AMAZING❣ They have the drive-thru PERFECTED. Also. I LOVE that they know me now, simply by my 1st name & my appearance at 9:55p each Tues & Friday to get bags of ice.🙂 They should be commended for their proficiency & how they connect to their customers.🥰 They get an A+++ or SIX stars everyone❣🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Sept 2023 STILL- this Chic-Fil-A has the BEST Customer Service hands down!! Food's always super hot & fresh too. And, they've got the BEST ICE in Indiana too!!😃👍😍🧊 The staff's always friendly and acknowledge me with a smile, whether they know me or not. I will drive MILES out of my way just to stop at THIS Chic-Fil-A in Greenwood off of US 135! If there's a wait- it's worth it. Mgrs Nathan & Rachel, along with sooooo many team members do a GREAT job with customer relations!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When they get busy there's a few people who aren't as polite as they ought to be . It struck me extremely wrong. But overall 90% of the time it's spot on.

I got a flat today during the drive threw ordering and the staff went above and beyond helping me and making sure I was fine . Great staff very caring and considerate as well as some customers checked up making sure we were okay . The manger was very thoughtful and overall there food is amazing ! Thank you chick-Fil-A staff

I was in such a hurry to grab breakfast and get my son to school after his orthodontist appointment and the gal at the register was so amazing and understood the urgency of our situation and handled my order and experience with absolute professionalism and top tier customer service!!

I’ve been going here around once a month for about a year. Sometimes more. I frequently go to the one at Southport. This one on 135 is HORRIBLE about getting orders correct. The staff who takes my order is always confused and I’ve left multiple times because it took so long and they were never trained much on taking orders so they have no idea what to do. It’s not their faults I leave, but it seems like management just doesn’t put time into training. They’re usually unpleasant and rude and it just always dampers my mood when I go through. It’s conveniently placed so I go to this one, but from now on I’m going to go the extra couple miles to the one by the mall.
