Used to enjoy this place but unfortunately, very disappointing visit and likely won't return. Asked server how spicy curry was and he responded "um, maybe..it's premade?" Decided to go with chicken pita which had chicken bits with red inside. Showed it to him so he sent the manager over. Due to a language barrier, I guess I misunderstood her. She said "pink chicken?" To which I replied "yes" and she smiled, said thank you and left. Then the bill came and nothing had been discounted. So I guess she thanked me for the warning? We then went to play pool. Three quarters of the cues were broken and they would not bring me a cup of water to go with my drink. Policy was "bottled water at $2.50 on pool side." I actually think it might be illegal to not offer tap water at no charge, especially when alcohol is involved. Again, very disappointing. The pool side is always very busy so obviously business is good but hopefully this warns people against dining in.

Are waitress Gemma was terrible. She added a few extra drinks that we didn’t have on to are tab. I wouldn't recommend going if you have more than 2 people going.

We were a group of five members. Lady named Rebecca was serving us. We love to play pool so we found this place online and came. We enjoyed the night thoroughly. But at the last when we were about to pay the bill . The Lady reduced 2 beers from our bill and started to ask tip 15% from our total bill. We felt her attitude was rude and had to be reported. Please take action and don't spoil the experience.

Nice atmosphere. It would be REALLY nice if legal smoking distance from the entrance was observed. 🚭 Tap water policy was a little confusing until our delightful server cleared it up with the manager. 🚰 🙂 Nice, time-play tables. ⌚ 🎱

This place has been around long enough that the bathrooms and other areas of the business need renovations or updates. The urinals were overflowing, the handicapped toilet stall was missing it's door and the seating/eating area is getting rough as well. The staff were great, but they seemed short staffed for the volume of custo.ers on a Saturday night. Apparently, customers keep stealing the #8 balls. Our set of balls used a white cue ball with #8's written all over it. The tables were decent, but the felt is pretty worn. I would still go back, but I hope the washrooms are looked after.....

This place is so fun. We were able to sign up for the pool tables and it wasn't a long wait, we were able to order some apps and drinks and by the time we were close to finishing we were escorted back to the pool tables. We ended up having the deep fried pickles spears and beaded cauliflower bites and summersbee drinks, we also got 2 or 3 rounds of pool as well.

Great place to come. Never have been disappointed with the service. Laura our server is the best and most prompt server we have had there. And we never have to wait for anything. Her service is what keeps up coming back. The other servers are good too but Laura takes the cake on service! You won't be disappointed with her.
