I have stayed in Chiang Mai Condo for just over a year. I had the best time and would stay longer if I could. Pete and Minny are the best hosts, always helpful. Recently renovated swimming pool and sauna just made me want to stay at Condo all day. They also just opened the rooftop where I would go and do yoga in the morning. Absolute bliss this place. And the view of the mountains is just out of this world. The location is perfect, not too far from the action of Maya and Nimman, yet still secluded and quiet. This apartment has everything you need for short or long term stay. I hope to come back again. Thank you Pete and Minny for accomodating my stay in magical Chiang Mai.

I stayed 3 months in this place from October to December 2023. It's a fairly old, but safe, secure, and friendly little condo building about 5 minutes' walk from Maya mall and the main Nimman area. The space itself was a tastefully-renovated spacious studio apartment with a stunning view of Doi Suthep, good furnishings including a huge polished stone kitchen counter-top which I loved, and a well-equipped kitchen.
I was a little aprehensive as this was my first time signing a lease in Thailand and handing over a sizeable deposit, but I quickly discovered Peter & Minnie were lovely people and very easy to deal with, and always available on the LINE app if I needed anything. When I had an issue with the door handle/lock coming loose, Peter was round with his toolkit the same day. Minnie also rented her motorbike for the whole period for a very reasonable rate.
5 stars, would recommend!

I lived there for about 3 years and paid rent and all bills on time. Covid came in march 2020 and I needed to return to the UK. I was then stuck in UK as the world grinder to a halt no travel or movement of people the world was in lockdown. After 6 months of half price rent Peter doubled the rent when I was stuck in the UK. I gave notice of my intention to give one months notice to quit as there was no prospect of travel anytime soon. This was August 2020. He refused to allow my friends to pick up my belongings which were in the Condo. I didn't get any of my things back. These people are not to be trusted. They didn't return my deposit or my new cycle Tv and personal clothing. Please beware of staying in this place. They are greedy people and will keep your bond deposit. So be warned

It was a pleasure stating at Chiang Mai condo. The unit was fantastic—clean, organized, functional and updated with a great view. And Pete and Minny were friendly, responsive, understanding and gave expert advice. These two great people and the condo are nothing short of exceptional.

Khun Minny ( host ) was such a helpful .The room was clean and feel cozy as stay home.Beautiful mountain view from the balcony. Location was great could walk to Maya mall and Nimman road in 5-10 minutes.

My experience at Trio overall was very positive. The room was very clean, and spacious; it had everything that you could expect to find in a hotel room. The balcony and comfortable bed was an added bonus! :)
We loved hosting Darrius @ The Trio Condo. He is very courteous, smart and a real gentleman. I think the room was more tidy when he left than when he arrived !!!

I stayed here in total about 7 months. Really enjoyed my time here. Beautiful view of the mountain, quiet for the most part, very comfortable bed, large smart TV. It was well designed and felt like a good home, as everything that I needed was provided for furnishings and appliances etc. The owners are so kind and nice as well, helping me where I needed it, even bringing me fruit from their farm. Highly recommend for a short or long stay!

Peter and Minny are wonderful hosts and good people. Their condo units are modern, comfortable, well appointed and a in a great Chiang Mai location. You will enjoy your stay with them. I did mine.

a deep end first one I have seen that has that.
Condo staff very helpful as well as the landlord if anything needs fixing they get er done.
Can’t go wrong here.

Great owners, available all the time and super responsive. They were absolutely amazing with me and I did noy have any problem. If I had an issue, I just had to tell them and automatically they fixed it, sometimes in less than a day.
For the apartment, it is an incredible location, Nimman, near canal road but also near the mountain, either Doi Suthep, Doi Pui or going to Mae Rim is super easy. Therefore, you always have 2 options, either city or countryside. Also, there are shops very near, Makro, Maya mall, bicycle shops and many others. Staff in the condominium are very very kind. Unfortunately I had to move to another country but I highly recommend them.
I forgot mention that it has swimming pool, gym, sauna and the views of Doi Suthep are stunning.
ohhh this is very kind of you to say this Sergi; we really appreciate it; but our job was made easy by you being such a super reliable guest. every month on the exact day you paid the rent and sent us a screenshot; plus the water and electricity bills were always paid no matter what you were doing or where you were riding. thank you. Great location near Maya Mall. The staff and owners are friendly, quick to respond and never hesitate to assist. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. A great bonus is the gym and swimming pool. I highly recommend Chiang Mai Condo.
It gave such tremendous joy to see you post on FB about how happy you were with your apartment.

We really enjoy living in this Condo. It's very central close to big malls and shops which makes it ideal. Not to mention Pete and Minny (the landlords) are very helpful in making our stay comfortable and that we have everything we need to make our stay here as pleasant as possible. ♥️
We are very happy to hear that everything is going well and your accomodation is comfortable. We are travellers ourselves so its important to us that you have a nice place to call "home" after exploring Chiang Mai.

Wonderful hosts. Tastefully decorated apartment with all the modern conveniences. Espresso machine and a huge HD cable tv added to the touches. Super comfy brdctoo. Nice view of Doi Sutep mountain. Pool with lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. Close to shopping, restaurants and Nimman area. Excellent choice for your next adventure in Chang Mai.

The host is super helpful & professional as they provided detail explanations from getting there to the room and condo facilities.... plus gave us insights into the best places to visit in ChiangMai itself.
We had great experience, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.

This was a very clean, very beautiful room. It really felt like I was staying at a hotel room instead of in a furnished condominium!
The bed was very soft, and the view from the balcony was amazing. I look forward to booking with Peter and Minny again in the future.

Minny and Petter were amazing hosts and we could not have asked for a better stay. Very centrally located for us with lots of cool cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and the decorations were lovely. The Mountain View was a joy to wake up to each morning and the entire building was very safe and secure. Highly recommend to all.

We’ve stayed in Petter and Minny’s condos during our previous 3 stays in Chiang Mai. The rooms are always perfect, very clean and beautifully furnished. Convention condo has a lovely pool, sauna and gym. Doi Suthep and sunset views from the balcony are fantastic. Petter and Minny always go above and beyond to take care of us when we’re in Chiang Mai. The rates for electricity and water are government rate which is a rarity in Chiang Mai. Thank you guys we’ll be back soon! Rachel & Den
