Won't post prices online.. You must call in for a price or walk in so they can sweet talk you into buying something you don't need.. Even car dealers have prices listed online, hard to believe you can be more sleepy than a car dealer..

The cost to the customer can change based on various manufacture programs that are offered at the time of inquiry. We encourage our potential customers to reach out for pricing so that we can offer the best program and price based on that manufactures current program. Some program durations only last a month or so and regrettably as a small family owned business we simply do not currently have the ablity to keep up with all the changes to the website.

Our power washer was repaired very quickly, and the staff at the desk were friendly, helpful, and spot on. We will definitely return for future outdoor equipment repairs.
Not knowing what was going on at the business when you arrived I will only say that it is highly unusual for a customer to go unattended for that period of time. I regret that your experiance was less than your expectation but I hope we were able to eventually provide the service you were looking for.

I’m a big Google review reader—I’ll skim the five stars, but I always read the one-stars carefully. What matters most to me is how a business responds, because you can’t please everyone, but you can show character in your reply.
Chenango Supply Company had one of the best responses I’ve seen, so I decided to check them out. I’m glad I did. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell me on commercial equipment I didn’t need. I walked out with the perfect pole saw/weed eater combo for my half-acre yard, and they took the time to show me how to maintain it.
Great service, solid warranty—I’ll absolutely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I normally don’t reviews but because of this situation this morning I just had to.
I figure it might fall on deaf ears, but if the owner hears about it, I’m sure he’s not going to be happy.
So the story is I wanted a 0° 48 inch lawnmower and I knew that Hustler was one of the top of the line because I was recommended to him by the gentleman a quarter mile away that fixes lawn mowers and has his own lawn care business.
I called their salesman by the name of Mike.
He wrote up an estimate over the phone and then later on I added a weed trimmer to the deal.
Being a negotiator in business all my life I figure throw it out there and see what happens?
The quote for both units were $4011.
I said to Mike OK can you help me out with anything? You know I’m a veteran I’m old 66 by the way, and he gave me the six month special sale that they have going on as we speak.. So he wasn’t giving me anything for that to begin with which was $600 off of the original.
I said can you throw in some oil for the weed trimmer and he said OK sure I’ll give you a case of oil mixture for $17 that I’ll give it to you for free And it will give you an extra two years of warranty on the unit because you’re using their motor oil.
I said that is a great thing. How about $4000 even and we got a deal?
That guy said to me I can’t do that, and I was floored?
I calmly said so you’re willing to let me walk out of here for $11?
He goes. I just can’t do that, so I turned to him step back and as a good Marine looked at him, saluted him and said have a great day, sir, and walked out with my girlfriend..
I hope he gets his hands hit by a ruler by somebody because he just let a potential lifelong customer walk out for $11 and has nothing good to say about this business anymore.
I just pray it doesn’t go on that fears. I already got a used Toro lawnmower with low hours from Dennis who recommended him I bought a Weedwhacker from Woody’s pawn shop across the street from Shenango and save myself $2200.

I feel very strongly that we should be an asset to our community and help out our neighbors on a regular basis so they can become our friends. I'm sorry that we were not able to come to terms over the final price for your 42" HUSTLER Raptor X mower package. It is a wonderful mower and with the current program is being sold below the sale price we were getting in 2021. I have reviewed your account and noticed that the only activity associated with it is the quote in question. I can only assume you are new to our community as we offer a wide selection of products to save our neighbors from running into town for simple items. So welcome to the neighborhood and I do hope that we have an opportunity to meet in the future. After consulting with Mike and reviewing the aforementioned deal I do believe we had a little more wiggle room to accomodate your request. I doubt eleven dollars would make much differance to either of us. However Mike was working within the parameters I had previously established. Factory sponsored sales events are not free for the dealers and a portion of that six hundred dollar discount is funded by our dealership. I commend Mike for offering you a free supply of STIHL HD Ultra 2 cycle oil for your trimmer that doubles the factory warranty on the stringtrimmer for you. He was looking out for you and trying to provide something of real value to your purchase even if was at no charge. I hope your purchases from the Woodys pawn shop and Dennis work out for you. If not I hope we can earn your future business and help make a positive impact on your time here in our community.
