They got back to me quickly with a quote and a date so I booked them. They said they’d be here between 9-1 and never showed. I tried texting and calling and got no answer, even though I could see they’d been on WhatsApp during that time. It’s now 4pm and I still haven’t heard from them. I went with a man in a van instead and it’s much better. The guy I hired also told me this place is likely so cheap because they’re fly tipping. No idea how true that is but I figured I’d put it out there.

I arranged a delivery of new furniture around their collection of the old furniture but they failed to turn up on the agreed day without any notification. I contacted them to ask if they could rearrange for the following day and stressed it was needed due to the impending delivery. I was assured they would see what they could do and would get back to me but I was subsequently ignored completely

After my uncles passing we decided to research companies to clear his house Fantastic service from the guys at Cheaoer than a Skip. From initial email from Graham contact to chat on WhatsApp Lauren was most helpful.
David and John were lovely so helpful and super fast they made a very difficult time for my mum more bearable.
Brilliant service at a brilliant price. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Fabulous service from these guys - had the contents of my old bathroom in the back garden, got in touch with these guys on the tuesday, it was all gone by the thursday morning - no hassles, no fuss, no mess left and a very reasonable price too. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Service
Great communication, prior to booking and on the day of collection. Turned up on time and got on with the job. The lads were polite, friendly and extremely efficient. Swept up after themselves. They carried out what they advertised and were definitely “Cheaper Than A Skip”. I highly recommend this company.

It was arranged that they would come this morning but no phone call I emailed that was also ignored I explained that I have mobility problems disabled so I take it this is the way disabled customers are treated I've just been totally ignored I phoned left a message that was also ignored im disgusted and discrimination
