It’s been going great for my 35kg boxer, staffy, Dane, cattle dog mix. Chuck can be nervous with new things sometimes. While unsure on the slat mill, he still took to it quickly. He doesn’t run on it but he’s just not that type of dog. I’d recommend the lock in attachment for convenience but also your dogs confidence when getting on and off. The handbrake is useful but if you’re trying to save on money you can go without. It’s easy to stop with just a bit of pressure. Chuck now jumps up on it after only 4-6 uses only from me saying here once or up. 10 mins and he has a good workout. Oh and the flirt pole as well. For some reason he was scared of it at first. But in 5 or so mins he loved that thing. I took the flirt pole and a ball out to the park. And he didn’t care about fetching his ball. He just loved the flirt pole.

Brilliant customer service, even showed me how it was all set up, could be adjusted and how to use it correctly (including letting me know when they'd noticed in a video I hadn't properly taken the deck brake off). The mill itself has been flawless so far. My dog is loving it and it gives us a great opportunity to train for our dog sports and let him burn off energy and keep fit on the days we don't have time to get out. If you're thinking of getting one, I highly recommend the Chase Pro mills!

When there was a mix up/confusion with suburbs on delivery, Mark insisted on driving the extra 1.5 hours to still deliver it for us which we are so grateful for.
