I recently had a toilet backflow in my Tempe home, and it was a huge mess. Water got all over the floors, and I was worried about damage. The plumber suggested I file an insurance claim, but something didn’t feel right about it. That’s when I reached out to Charm Restoration. From the first phone call, they were kind, patient, and really clear about what I needed to do.
Charm Restoration explained that my situation might not qualify for an insurance claim after all. If I had filed a claim, my premiums could have gone way up, and I might have even risked losing my policy. I’m really thankful for their honesty because it saved me a ton of money. We had Charm restoration do some work at our house in Gilbert. They were fast professional and did high quality work.
If we have water damage again in the future we will certainly give them a call. They made the whole process easier and my wife is relieved knowing we had professionals take care of the mitigation for us.

Charm Restoration serviced our house in Gilbert. They were very professional and respectful every step of the way with great communication. They take great care to keep the unaffected parts of your house clean with the use of floor mats and booties. Would use Charm Restoration again for any future water damage incidents.
