Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Fred et Violeta. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Le studio est propre et très bien situé, vous pouvez tout faire à pieds, les visites,les achats.... la gare est à 15 minutes à pieds, bien pratique pour aller à l'aéroport avec le bus EA. Fred et Violeta sont très réactifs. Et la cerise sur le gâteau, c'est la terrasse privée très bien exposée .

Très bon weekend à Séville , l'appartement est très bien situé permettant de tout faire à pieds !On se sent dans un cocon, et rien à dire niveau propreté et équipements.Fred et Violeta sont très réactifs et ont été très arrangeants pour le check-in. Nous recommanderons ce logement avec plaisir !

A pleasure to occupy this apartment for a 4 night stay in October. Excellent communication throughout from the owners and the agency who assisted with check-in. Great location within walking distance to all the major sites and just a 4 Euro bus ride from the airport
Multiple little shops in the vacinity so you can make use of the fridge, toaster, hob etc if you wish. Ideally a slightly bigger lidded bin would be good but there are communal large bins just across the road.
Comfy double bed, although a couple of extra pillows would be nice. The terrace is lovely, even when it was 14-15 degrees in the morning the sunshine made it feel much warmer and you get the sun pretty much all day. The covers on the outdoor furniture ideally could do with replacing however.
The bathroom is large and suitably equipped. A hairdryer is provided along with iron and ironing board if you need, even a washing machine! The towels provided could do with a refresh though, a bit on the thin side and some suffering from rust staining.
On the whole sleeping was fine, although, a couple of points if you are a light sleeper… bells go off outside from 9.30am onward at various intervals and these are loud so don’t expect a lie in. Also, elevator noise and some door closing sounds are to be expected from other residents, but this is outside of the owners control and did not bother us. The fridge in the room also cycles on and off which can be disturbing, you can just turn it off though if not using it.
Plenty of lights and mirrors and sockets, plus on the whole a very clean apartment with aircon and great wifi.
Would happily stay again!

We had a really wonderful stay at Fred’s apartment! The location is fantastic for exploring Seville and the private roof terrace is delightful! Fred and Violeta were brilliant hosts- very responsive and helpful. The check-in process was very easy and the air-con was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Seville!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce petit studio pendant un week-end ! La communication a été excellente, l’endroit était parfait avec une terrasse en parfaite état et surtout bien placé (on s’est déplacé à pied presqu’en tout temps) pour profiter de cette belle ville. Belle épicerie proche et à 15 min de la gare à pied ! Merci !!!

I had a lovely stay at Fred’s apartment. Made a lot of use of the balcony, and a nice walk away from all the sites to visit! The hosts were so kind with providing recommendations for local places to see and eat at and always answering messages :) would definitely stay here again
