Beautiful apartment in a nice neighborhood in Seville. Plenty of neighborhood shops and restaurants surrounding the apartment. There were seafood, bakery, wine, fruit and vegetable and meat and cheese shops not to mention grocers all within a 1 minute walk. The best part was the terrace where we ate, drank and talked. Some type of shade available every part of the day. Beautiful views as you could see sun rises and sunsets. Bed was comfortable and apartment was clean and tidy. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful 10 day stay in Fred and Violeta’s apartment. It had everything we needed, including a great rooftop office, well-stocked kitchen and washing machine. It was in the perfect location — walkable to everywhere but on a quiet, pedestrian-only street. We recommend it highly and can’t wait to return!
Casa Gavidia fue nuestro hogar por tres semanas y no pudo ser mejor. Como nómadas digitales apreciamos los buenos espacios para trabajar y el buen internet, y la casa es perfecta para eso. Tiene todo lo necesario y está muy bien equipada para largas y cortas estadías. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo al lado de la acción, pero super tranquila para descansar y trabajar. La comunicación con Fede y Violeta fue excelente, siempre atentos a lo que necesitáramos. Sin duda podríamos pasar aquí más tiempo y nos sentiríamos como en casa. The airbnb was great and exactly what we needed for about two weeks of remote work. The rooftop cabin was quiet and cool with the a/c and we were able to work efficiently with US work hours. During the day, the apartment was conveniently located in the middle of the old town, so we could walk to all the tourist attractions in Seville as well as to a large number of bars and restaurants. It was also quiet at night so we were able to sleep well. Overall a great experience and can especially recommend for those who are working remotely.

superbe appartement! Déjà, il s'agit d'un "vrai" appartement dans lequel vit son propriétaire. Ensuite la communication avec Fred fut excellente, et sa disponibilité remarquable. L'appartement en lui même est très bien, frais, confortable, spacieux, dont les deux terrasses offrent une très belle vue sur un quartier qui est par ailleurs très vivant. bref je recommande sans hésiter!
