Absolute worse experience with the whatever she is who does the pap. I have never since I was 16 and have gynecologists male and female with and without insurance been treated so terrible ESPECIALLY when telling I was in an abusive relationship and recovering addict. Hernandez or whatever name is has awful manners as a woman working with women she barely performed an actual exam for a routine gynecological visit extremely rude and basically treated me like I’d be better off dead. I am so sick and tired of clinics like this staffing people who just work for the benefits and have awful mannerisms and do this work to simply get whatever credit it helps them get bc they clearly aren’t doing it for the love of helping people who choosing this particular organization. Stop naming medical facilities after people who worked with purpose and having awful narcissistic humans who have no business being in the medical field work for them. It’s gross. I had so many questions for her but she was so arrogant and rude why bother even asking them. Why waste time right. I was crying and neither her or the lady tried to help make me feel better. You people are awful. And I regret waiting this much using your facilities.
Dr Olshin and Dr Hennessy has taken such great care of my son Terrence. The caring and nurturing of this team is phenomenal. My son feels so safe and comfortable with both of these Doctors. Thank you so much.You both are a blessing to our special community.

This place has a lack of communication and care for patients. I called over a month ago seeking a doctor. I gave them all my information and was told I would receive a call to schedule. I received a call and was left a message 2weeks ago. I called back left a message and have still to hear back from them. I would think if a place really cared about patients they would make sure that everyone got help but I’m seeing this place really shows no importance in helping patients.
Dr Olshin and staff are wonderful with all the patients. My son almost lost a front tooth but she was able to save it. The doctor and staff are patient with all the patients and are really good at their job. The continuing care they give my son keeps his teeth and mouth in great health. Thanks to Dr Olshin and staff!!!

I was in a lot of traffic today and I called they first told me I would have to reschedule then Cecilia said we can come but if we come after 10am we would have to wait. We got there at 10:06 and they said we have to reschedule. My son has to take medication in order to get his cleaning that he doesn't normally take he is autistic, I took off of work and he was out from school. She should not have told me we would still be seen and then someone said that we couldn't. Very unprofessional and I will not recommend or return to see Dr. O'Shea.
