I really wanted to give this place a try because of all of the good reviews but when I went to the website it didn’t exist and kept asking if I wanted to buy the domain. Then I tried calling the phone number listed on Google and got a busy signal like the number is no longer in service! How frustrating when I’m trying to get furniture removed ASAP!
Update: in regards to the response received, how do I contact customer service if the phone number doesn’t work and website is down? Is there an email or different phone number that I can use to contact customer service?

I scheduled a next day pickup for furniture we no longer needed, but which was still in good condition. The whole process was quick and straightforward. Fill out a quick form online, and get updates via email or text (we used text). Bradley and Jacob were our pickup
team, and they were amazing. They were earlier than scheduled which was perfectly fine (I was given notice when they were 40 minutes out), and were polite, friendly, professional, and efficient. I'll definitely use them again in the future!

I had such a wonderful and easy experience donating my grandmother's washer and dryer. She recently passed away and my family and I are in the process of donating some of her belongings. Since her washer and dryer still work well, I got in touch with this organization to arrange a pick up. Everything was very smooth and prompt. I'm truly amazed by the wonderful service. Jacob and his partner had the washer and dryer out in no time at all. Thank you so much for an awesome experience.
