This is our 2nd order from Rachel at Chairs for Worship. Our 1st order was back in 2012. It was great to call back 12 years later and ask for Rachel and she's still there! She was able to pull our previous order to help us with this order. We are extremely satisfied with our Ovation chairs! Shipping was extremely fast! We will be ordering again in the future!

Rachel and her team at Chairs for Worship were phenomenal. We recently placed an order for around 500 chairs, and they are in excellent condition, even after being shipped across the nation. Our church family has taken to them quickly, and they have afforded us greater flexibility than our previous pews. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for purchase quality but affordable chairs.

Chairs nice, but that's where it stops.... very very ungrateful business... Their rules and regulations are so retarded to believe and very unwilling to help.. I'm sure as our church is growing and will be needing more chairs in the future, we will be looking for a better place with out so many dumb dumb brainless regulations... This is what we had to do to get 25 chairs out of this place because they refused to load a smaller uhaul trailer.... This is a small order we get that but we ordered a big order from this place about a year ago and this is how we were treated... Drove 12 hours to get as they wanted 1600 dollars to ship.... BRAINLESS!!!!

It is our policy to provide our Customer Pickup Guidelines to clients outlining all of the requirements as well as set an appoitment time for them. Without a scheduled appoitment clients don't always know what to expect or why the guidelines are important. Uniflex Church Furnishings, Inc, also known as Chairs for Worship was not only affordable but the chairs were of great quality as well. Rachel Kittrell was our customer service and sales representative. She was on top of both email and telephone communications, answering questions during the quoting and ordering process. She also followed through with great customer service by updating us along the way concerning the manufacturing progress and delivery process. I highly recommend this company based off of our experience. By the way this was not our first time ordering chairs. We have ordered worship and banquet chairs over the years for our other church locations. We had an amazing experience with Chairs for Worship/Uniflex Church Furnishings.
