Hello Umrah travelers, I would like to share and summarize our experience with Chacha Taxi service.
My wife recently travelled from USA for Umrah returned 12/22/24. Prior to her visit I was looking for a company to assist in transportation. I was bit nervous and skeptical about choosing the right company as she was traveling alone; talked to handful of companies including Chacha Taxi. Our reasons for picking Chacha Taxi were:
- They were locally registered Taxi company with the right documents.
- From the beginning Nouman at Chacha Taxi was transparent, courteous and professional. He explained the entire process in detail.
- Their pricing was very reasonable and lower than anyone one I talked too.
- Every leg of the journey their drivers showed professionalism and courtesy. Pick and drop from the airport, between cities went extremely smooth.
- During the tour their drivers turned out to be good guides as well.
- Nouman regularly stayed in contact with us while regularly updating the arrival time and information of the drivers.
Due to their professionalism, pricing and courtesy I would highly recommend anyone to use their service. As for us my family and friends will be using their service from now on.

Used this service from Jeddah to madina and then for ziarats in Medina. The journey from Jedda to madina was not what had been promised. Different car No Air Con and from England so we struggled. However when speaking to them on WhatsApp they were very apologetic and told me to pay what I could. There prices are also very reasonable. However I then used them for ziarats in madina due to the great customer service and everything was as promised. A new model car, Air con and again good customer service. Would recommend to everyone however make sure they give what is told and also if there are any issues please tell them as they are quick to rectify them.
