If anyone is looking for stable Wi-Fi connection, Fiber net is not the right choice in Pondicherry. Worst customer Service, any complaint logged is of no use. Customer care never calls when an issue is logged to check or respond to the issue raised. Rather you can expect minimum of 10 calls everyday when your pack is about to expire. They close their work at 6pm everyday and most of the time internet goes only after 6pm, but irrespective of when internet goes it won't be resolved anytime sooner. And no way of contacting them, whatsapp msg is the only way we can contact them. The monthly pack cost bugs and half the time Internet will not be available during the peak hours. For those doing WFH this not choice. Wi-Fi system deserves no star rating and the customer service is horrible.

Super Poor Service. Internet link was cut for one week, made to run pillar to post. The manager name is Mr.Sundar and it ia impossible to meet or call him for assistance.

Horrible service. They take a long time to recover from a weather event. After the last cyclone Fengal they took 15 days to restore my internet service, that too after I personally visited their office and insisted that service be restored for me immediately. During those 15 days they didn’t have the courtesy to keep me posted on the progress or apologize for inconvenience. I asked to speak to their manager or supervisor but never got hold of them.

This is the worst internet provider in Pondicherry. I Will recommened no one to take this connection as it is extremely faulty, the internet does not work most of the time and they never compensate you for days of lost internet connectivity. Please don't take their service, take Jio or Interjet or Cherrynet or any other internet provider in town. CFIBERNET IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

After many calls and emails there is no proper response from cfibernet. In this lockdown most of the people are working from home and we need high speed internet to work. Still, they haven't expanded their coverage. Very poor! company needs to expand their coverage. Even BSNL,TIC fiber has covered our area. why you guys are making a delay!! when you guys are going to invest and expand! Update: 03-01-2025 Still there is no feasibility for expanding to my area. My area is not outside pondicherry. I am from nainarmandapam. Still this company sales team is telling that fibre connection is not feasible. It's pathetic. I don't know whether iam living in pondicherry or some other remote Village.

You should close your business and start a tea shop. You cannot handle technical issues anymore. Net stops working every alternate day and you don't seem to have any solutions. You are easily most inefficient, unreliable and incompetent company in Pondicherry and have no right to be in this business. Connection was was restored after 2 weeks and today again net is not working. Are you people seriously going to stop your business? When I tried to reach you over phone, there was no response. Disgusting service. What's going on? No service for nearly 10 days post cyclone. Have you stopped the business? What about our money paid in advance. Do you want us to make a big issue out of it? Regret, my complaint number 44224 was not attended and I am unable to use internet already for two consecutive days. You don't seem to realize that internet is an essential service. I have made commitments based on your service. I fail in my commitments because of your careless indifferent service. My work suffers, my credibility is questioned, my efficiency is suspected, only because of your negligence and inefficient service. Such nonchalant, unresponsive, and careless attitudes are highly deplorable. In fact, you are totally unfit to be a service provider in such an important field. My complaint number is 44224. Extremely disappointed and unhappy with your response. Internet is an essential service and not attending to my complaint on the excuse of a holiday is unacceptable. You must have a team for attending faults on holidays.Tomorrow is Sunday. Does it mean that we have to spend one more day without internet? This will have very serious implications on my work. Didn't expect such casual response. My calls to your designated numbers are going unanswered. Request all the users of your service to take note of your uncooperative, indifferent and irresponsible attitude and respond accordingly. We have got our connection very promptly. The entire team, sales, installation, activation, is extremely efficient and well-mannered. The response of the company is way beyond our expectations. We hope that they will continue with their good work if and when we may again need their service. Our prayers and best wishes for progress and prosperity of the company. It's very unfortunate that you have a very complex system for registering a complaint. If there is a problem a phone call to your Customer service should be enough. But you have a system which is not customer--frindly to say the least. After getting a call and explaining the problem, I was told to take a 30-sec video of the router, which can't provide any additional information than what I already said. Why try to engage your customer unnecessarily? At the time of taking the connection your salesman Mr. Alexander told me call him in case of any problems. But when I called he immediately asked me to call customer service. If you can't take the responsibility why at all assure your customer falsely? Even the response of your staff when she called was very indifferent if not careless. I am waiting to see when my problem is attended. I have very important work and I don't know when my connection will be restored. I took you as an efficient service provider but already I have begun to be disappointed with your service. Thanks Mr. Alex: my problem has been resolved. Your technical team called and assured that the problem would be sorted out by 3.0pm and it indeed started working even before time. You and your service team must remember that we understand that internet is based on technology and it may sometimes malfunction. But when we complain, you should show due urgency and commitment and not be casual and careless in your response. If the problem is complex and may require time, we are quite ready to give you the necessary time to resolve it. But you must be truthful and sincere and not try to bluff your way out. That's what as a customer we dislike most and that's what as a good and reliable service provider you must not try to do. Thanks again for your quick service.

It's been 10 days with no internet access. They never attend the calls. Multiple complaints are given. The only call we got from them is to renew our subscription when they don't even provide the service for the existing subscription. WORST SERVICE

During a disaster an ISP capability comes to know, still an ISP could not fix an issues caused by cyclone and they don’t even know what to fix and how to fix. None of the support or customer care picks. They even won’t pick or switched off since they are scared of calls. This is the case with Krishna Nagar. I had been using since last few years and never seen such a delay or technical gap from the vendor. From the latest reviews from others it looks same disappointment everywhere. Funniest part is it works at night and stops at the morning. And every time they call this as network issues. I think many will move out of Cfibernet and now I started exploring for new ISP.

VERY VERY WORSTTTTT customer service !! The internet has been disconnected from last week due to cyclone. Despite the power being back .. they haven’t given back the connection yet. It’s been 5 days and no WiFi !! Even on a normal disconnect they are taking more than 24hrs to correct or revert .. they do not even acknowledge on the request ticket created neither connect with you to the right POC. Have been using this patiently for 3 yrs now .. but veryyyyyyyy bad service and never recommended to anyone
