I had my Z-Force for 6 months now and it has broken twice. I do not beat it hard I'm not very impressed with the quality. With that said they are cheap so you get what you pay for. I do like the machine I don't know if I'd ever buy another one. Takes too long to get parts. Less than 75 hours on it and I've already had two wheel bearing failures shock failure and now it won't go in the locker mode and it just ran out of warranty. I did buy it second hand It was meticulously maintained had less than 50 hours on it. I plan on keeping it but I'm also going to get a name brand machine something I can rely on.

Will never recommend nor purchase another CF Moto product again with how they treated me. Purchased a brand new 2024 CForce 600 in May of 2024. It has only 43 hours on it and barely 600 miles and they are denying any/all claims regarding a significant shifting issue that has been occurring since day 1. I was told off and was never even given a service agent name, or any other information that could be used to assist me. Their phone system constantly rings then disconnects you and is of no help, so I submitted an online form. On this form I noted "I am considering legal action" not "I am pursuing legal action" and was told communication would not continue as a result. Absolutely terrible organization, particularly around service. 43 hours of light use and am instantly denied everything? Talk about atrocious service. I am in the service industry, in fact I develop services for my company's customers - I would be fired faster than I could blink if how they acted was my policy. Disgraceful.

Purchased a 2024 CFMoto CForce110 brand new off the lot with the advertised " Intelligent Smart Safe Guard" for the safety purposes of being our child's first ATV. Now 4 months later CFMoto has just decided to discontinue and recall the feature. Despite it stil being advertised on thier webstite, and the advertised feature I purchased it for they claim now they have no plan to fix the issue and it's just not going to be available. CFMotor customer sales *** basically told me they will do nothing. So, now I have this brand new 2024 ATV without the feature it advertised for children safety and CFMoto policy is to just tell the customer "tough luck". I will never reccomend any CFMoto product, and this is not the end of this.

I'd avoid this brand--I thought my CForce 500 would last several years with light use. It was back in the shop after having starting issues not long after purchasing. Then the power steering went--ok maybe it way my plowing strategy. Now the whole wiring harness/compuer seems burned out... so I'm leaning towards these being short term vanity purchases that are costly in the long run. Usually I steer clear of this dynamic that I already sensed while shopping for them.

We purchased our CF Moto Uforce 800 in 2022. To date it has 400km.We added a roof and windshield and back window when purchased. There is so much heat coming up around the passenger seat that its uncomfortable to go very far.

I have a 2023 cforce 800xc. I bought it from a dealership new in February of 2023. I had a 1-year warranty and this expired in February of 2024. On June 19th, 2024, I notified my dealership of a failing tail light. Fast forward to now, the other tail light is now failing which leads me to believe it is a manufacturing issue versus a faulty tail light. See if Moto warranty department will not cover tail lights due to stating it is too far out of warranty to cover the tail lights. The machine is 1.5 years old and having one tail light fail. I can understand not covering it under warranty, but both tail lights are failing. This seems to be manufacturing issue versus a faulty tail light

When we bought our CF Moto UFORCE we were told it was road ready. Had blinker icons on the dash. When we tried to us them they didn't work. When we called the dealership we were told no it didn't come with blinkers. 4 months after we had it, the battery started giving us problems. We were told it only had a 30 day warranty on the battery. We have contacted ******* and they verified the 30 day warranty. It is hard to put in gear, and the acceleration is very hard to control from a stopped position, especially reverse. Not sure I would recommend, or buy another one. For a total of $14,000 I don't consider this a cheap investment.

My 2024 cfmoto uforce 1000 has been to the dealership twice for the same problems, leaking transmission output seal to the front driveshaft, severe gear rattling that will vibrate the whole machine, severe metal filings on the magnet in the rear differential, transmission and front differential ( front differential was just replaced under warranty and still has way to much backlash in the gears) the engine is producing brass filings the rear differential also has aluminum filings in the oil with metal on the drain plug. Spark plugs have different carbon deposits on them one of them signaling very lean, exhaust is glowing cherry red when running actually melting the fiberglass in the heat shield. *** owned other brands with over ******mi on them that still drove like new and the driveline in this uforce 1000 is shot after 800mi. Ill never buy a CFMoto again. According to my dealership they were submitting a warranty claim for these issues finally after giving me the runaround.

i have a 2023 CF MOTO uforce 1000xl, its been to the dealer 3 times now for the speedometer being off by at least 8 mph and it accrues more millage on the odometer. for every 1 mile its 1.3 on the odometer on the uforce. my dealer has tried everything to fix the issue and has not gotten anywhere with cf moto, the last attempt to fix it was changing out the dash. which didn't work. but it also now has reset my Millage and hours to zero. the resale value on uforce is now gone due to this, and the speedometer is still off which is very unsafe. I've reached out to CF MOTO and have gotten no help at all and will not talk to me over the phone. this needs to be fixed

I have a uforce 1000 been at shop 3 and half months as of now and is still there, owned for 5 months and been in shop majorityof period ive owned it...this cuts into my work not having my machine....Fuel injector goes out and washes cylinder....they FINALLY approved a rebuild kit which was on back order....they rebuilt it and blew it up again in 10min and cf moto won't answer phones or emails when I try....they now want them to pull motor and recheck everything before sending more parts...would not recommend cf moto due to horrible lengthy service, this will be my last purchase...my 1 year warranty will be up by the time I get my machine back

I bought my 2024 cforce 500 and 110 on a Saturday morning. Picked them up and went to ride on my daughter's property. Just flat land riding. Adult riders. After about 2 hours of riding the 500 it would not roll at all. Back tires were locked up. Called dealer told them and they told me I had to bring it back to the dealership that they don't pick up. I told them that they're not even 2 hours old. So he said he would call me back when he had found out if they could come and get it. While waiting for his call I decided to try it again. It worked. Put it back on my trailer and brought it back to my house. Took it in on May 5,2024. ****** said that they would look at it and let me know. They found out that the brake valve that goes to the front and back malfunctioned and shaderd. They said that they needed to get warranty work approved. I was told that it would take a week to get parts and fix it. A day before I was told that I could pick it up. I called them to confirm that I still could pick it up. That's when I was told that a part was on back order. They were not sure how long it would take to get back in stock and fix my atv. They told me no more than a month. Called them 3 times during this time period. They kept blaming CFMOTO for taking so long. Called CFMOTO and left a complaint with them. Did no good they told me to work with the dealer. So June 15th I went to the dealership to find out what was going on. Heard the same c*** that they had been telling me from day one. Asked to talk to someone else higher up. He took me to this lady, heard the same stuff NO HELP! She said she would check Tuesday with CFMOTO. Tuesday after **** received a call from the service manager. He told me that my atv should be fixed by the middle of the month. And told me thats the best he could do. So on July 5th it will be 2 months that they have had it. So it is looking like 2 1/2 months if they fix it in the time they told me. Not holding my breath ! So 2 hours me / at least 21/2

To:CFMoto Reference:WAR-2018-05 Purchased my 2020 CFMoto UForce 800 and it had been very reliable and good performing utility vehicle. In early August of 2023 I had to take it to the service department of my dealership. We had taken it riding and per their writeup from the technician: Unit was inspected in running condition, very loud knock. Inspected unit, found unit was low on oil, and what was left had water in it. Traced leak to backed out output shaft bolt. Tightened bolt, filled with new oil and ran engine, unit ran for one minute, popped, locked up and shut down. Would not restart, bore scope shows the cylinders were damaged and front piston was cracked. Engine requires tear down and rebuild or replacement. They indicated and printed off WAR-2018-05 and indicated this was the exact issue, yet my model wasnt in that recall. But in their opinion this is the very same issue where the factory did not torque the output shaft bolt to specifications leading to it to back out and allowing water inI feel CFMoto should be responsible for the repairs and that this should have had a broadened scope for the recall. I spoke to customer care in ********************** and they indicated to have the technician report to the CFMoto tech team. They did this and they stated it was not in that recall and they were not going to help.I called back and was told to write this email to indicate that something needs to be worked out and a discussion needs to happen on coming to an agreement and if there should be a good faith from CFMoto to cover the same issue, even if out of that particular WAR document. My hope is CFMoto will do the correct thing and except some responsibility for this costly repair. Cost of repairs that should have been under the recall to $5,536.24.I have given CFMoto very good marks online as well as my nephew has bought 2 of them based on my recommendations ( CForce and ZForce purchases ) as well as friends that have purchased 2 of them on my recommendations.

In October 2023 I purchased two 2023 CFMOTO 1000 overland and it has been nothing but problems. On one I used the winch maybe 3 times and it completely stopped working, Also It's hard to get it to go into gear and the main bearing keeps going out. I also had to replace the belt. If My other ATV has been in the shop since February for a Voltage regulator. I call up to the dealership and all they say is that we are waiting to hear back from CFMOTO because they aren't giving them a ship date or an estimated date on the part. I email and call CFMOTO and they are saying tell the dealership to get in contact with us on your behalf. I've also let the dealership know what they said, and they have been reaching out to CFMOTO at least twice a week since February and nothing has been done. I'm at the point of I rather not have the ATVs at all. I'm literally paying on a machine that I can't ride on and the other one there is problem after problem. I really believe that they lure you in with a good price and all they are selling is junk. You really get what you pay for with them. I am completely and utterly unsatisfied with them and their products. If I could leave no stars I would. I will NEVER buy CFMOTO again. Hopefully someone that has been thinking about buying a CFMOTO will see my review and think again because this is ridiculous.

Had a issue with the dash, parts were on backorder for longer than 30 days. All pleas for help were ignored and was told to just contact the dealer for more information. If you have any issue the dealer can't solve... Good luck CFMoto doesn't care.

i think if you say you have 90 day warranty you should stand by that if your product was faulty you shouldnt call a customer a lair and not stand by your word i think if your not going to honor it dont put it writing. before i made my first payment the brakes started leaking on both rear calipers and you guys are saying im dumb enough to drive with the parking brake on because you dont want to honor you end of the deal i shouldve known the deal i got with these two units was to good to be true now i know why it was to good. ********************* one ****** off guy

Im regretting the decision of purchasing 2 cfmoto C force Atv s. I bought two of them the same day, brand new from the dealership December 2023, and they have been nothing but problems. it has been proven that it is all been manufacturer defects yet ** Moto refuses to cover them and both machines dont even have 25 hours yet. I even purchased an extended warranty for five years on both machines.. one has engine problems, my 600 and it doesnt even have 10 hours on it. My 400 goes through a tank of gas, less than 25 miles, and has severe alignment issues and had gone through its tires already on the front. Both have been deemed manufacturer defects yet the manufacturer refuses to back their product and fix it. This is proving to be a major problem because its going to cost me hundreds of dollars to fix both of them and I havent even been able to enjoy the machines yet. Ive been informed that the manufacturer actually knows of these defects yet continues to build a 2023 C forces with these problems. This is not a dealer problem. It is a manufacturer issue. And after finding out that this is a constant problem that there are so many of us with the same issues and the manufacturer refuses to do anything makes it so that the ** Moto ATVs are not worth the purchase. I caution anyone thats considering purchasing them. Because its going to become a financial investment not just to buy it, but to fix it

Purchased brand new in may 2023.Engine went out in July. They tried to say it was our fault and didnt warranty it. Our 12 year old son rides it and he rides under our supervision only. Never abused it. Ridden in trails only! Barely brought through any mud at all. We paid to fix/rebuild it. Then had overheating issues along with many other problems. Fast forward to sept.motor out again. ****** replaces motor out of his own pocket as warranty declined it again. Got it back. Now the driveshaft is broken within 5 minutes! Steer completely clear CFMoto! Complete garbage and they do not warranty anything! I truly feel like ours was an end of day Friday build and we got the $#!+ end of the deal! We have 3 canams and 1 ***** talon and not an ounce of troubles. But this cf moto is complete garbage and a waste of money with horrible horrible customer service! They do not stand by their warranty. To top it all off now theyre saying our warranty is completely void on a 8 month old brand new machine that we had in our possession for maybe 3 months ******** the dealer paid to replace the motor not the manufacturer.

Purchased a 2022 zforce 800 trail in Feb of 2023. Great machine,. Until, With less than 50 hours on it the motor blew up. Here is the real issue. It broke in June, 2023. We are in December and the dealer says they are waiting on parts still. The dealership says all Cf Moto tells them is the parts are on backorder. CF ************* care says, the dealer has access to all the delivery date. CF ************* Care representatives are not pleasurable to work with absolutely, rude. No one wants to give me answers on anything. I bought this and the extended warranty. Out of the 8 months I've owned it, the dealer has had it for 6. Not customer friendly or supportive. Dealership confirmed it was a manufacturing defect not from abuse. This machine was broke in and serviced to the letter of the manufacturer.
