NOT ABLE TO GET A APPOINTMENT SETUP WITHOUT TRANSPORTATION OR A GPS. I'm a 49 year old lady who can't handle the heat & I get sick easily due to past health issues. I have tried to call to talk to the owner who replied to me. Nobody would transfer me on the phone. Sorry, I don't have a vehicle or phone. Text apps & wifi connection.

Great place. Friendly people first you have to want help then you can receive help. Most bad comments will most likely come from negative people who don't want help

So centerstone has actually helped me out quite a bit I was court ordered to do a certain class and they didn't think that class would help me. I ended needing a class called MRT. They went out of their way to get me into the class I needed. Which ended up helping me out a lot! Now I have successfully completed that class I'm doing therapy for my trauma. I really appreciate everyone that has helpede out to get the help that I need instead of just giving me what the court wanted.

July - Hoping these reviews aren't the case anymore. Did have to leave a voice mail. Need to send POA paperwork to them so I know what's going on with her. Will update soon.
August 25th _ No one ever responded. My daughter is set up with therapy with them now but she went in and filled out a medications packet three weeks ago and no one can tell us the status. I have left three voicemails and my daughter keeps getting passed around on the phone. She is disabled and its very confusing for her. I'm thinking we will need to find somewhere else because the only thing they pick up the phone for is to pay a bill.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was referred here in hopes to get a medical diagnosis for mental illness. The first meeting was on a video call to place me with someone. I spent an hour on that call giving them all my information and history. Made an appointment with Centerstone to visit and they LITERALLY ASKED THE SAME QUESTIONS AGAIN. Literally nothing new came of the in person appointment.
They then proceeded to ask if I would want to do a group session. I was not interested in this at all. I just wanted a mental illness diagnosis from a professional. After the appointment they said that I would receive a call within the week for another appointment.... I never heard from them again.

Appointment at 8am. No one even showed up to the building until 8:15 to unlock the doors and turn on the lights. Save your time.
Absolutely negligent. Medical documentation was requested from them more then once for my husband and they refused to send it or was TOO LAZY to do it. Just absolutely unprofessional. 0/10 not recommended at all.

They are terrible and do not care about the client. There have been multiple time that they failed to send in our medication to the pharmacy even after we requested and called them several days in a row. Every time we reach out to them we get sent to voice mail. Last time I called their "Customer Advocate" line it took them two weeks to get back to us. I could not be more upset with this situation.

My wife needs help and they don't care..

If you need to schedule an appointment: leave a voice-mail.
If you have a complaint about a doctor: leave a voice-mail.
They may or may not get back to you.
My wife has a serious condition and she needs medication to manage it. They have consistently neglected to send in the refill to the pharmacy. We call them up, and allways get sent to an answering machine. It will often take them days to get back to us. And they allways make it a frustrating and unpleasant experience. And in the end they simply send in the refill! So why the run around?
Sometimes they will require a session with the doctor before the refill, but then cancel several appointments in a row resulting in the medication running out which risks my wife's health.
I have tried several times to get help on correcting this issue. But I allways get forwarded to an answering machine. I even contacted their HR/ complaint line and was sent to an answering machine as well. I allways insure to call during work hours.
The phone number listed for Greenwood Centerstone does not connect you to anyone inside the Greenwood office. Not even the nurses line for medication refills, or to even make, cancel or reschedule an appointment.
