Again ; I learned my hearing issues were medically caused - A bad combination of fluid buildup and improper posture ! Was the culprit- everyone remarks that my hearing aids are working really well and I tell them I have not worn them in over a year

We do not typically call people or contact them to come back for testing, however, our recommendation is that a patient have their hearing tested anytime they feel it has gotten worse. We suggest a new hearing test at least every 1-2 years so the prescription in the hearing aids can be adjusted accordingly. These appointments are always at no charge. Just let us know a time that’s convenient for your schedule.
Hearing aids do require some cleaning and maintenance at home, but we also recommend our patients bring their aids to us every three months so we can perform a deep cleaning on the instruments. We understand that wax and debris can slip past your daily maintenance, therefore, we have instruments and tools in the clinic to perform both deep cleaning and sanitizing of your hearing aids, in house. This service is always at no charge and does not require an appointment. Simply stop in anytime at your convenience and we will be happy to deep clean your hearing aids.

It was time for new hearing aids and the staff at Center for Hearing always take such good care of me! I have moved away from Fort Smith, but choose to keep coming back here because I trust them, and I know they care. Dr. Lori Boyd is the very best - so patient, so kind. Cannot say enough good things about these fine people!

Dr. Cash was absolutely amazing. He took time to explain everything to me and was the nicest and most considerate doctor I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend!
