I recently visited the Argyll area and my guide recommended Cedars Guest House. Jackie was a very welcoming hostess. My accommodations were fantastic and the view from my room was gorgeous. She made me a lovely Scottish breakfast each morning. A cute little garden in the front.

Had a fantastic couple of days celebrating hubbie's birthday, highly recommend it, owner, Jackie, so friendly and helpful advising places to eat and visit, and they make a superb breakfast! Our room had a superb view of the water and the huge bed could not have been more comfortable. Definitely worth a return visit!

Lovely B&B right across from the waterfront.
Jackie was lovely, and even made us up a wee fresh fruit bowl for breakfast when we said there was no way we'd be awake for 9am.
Fresh milk provided, comfy bed. Can't think what I would change!

We recently stayed here for 3 nights , and were made very welcome by Jackie. The room was comfortable and well appointed, and the breakfasts were excellent. We must mention Jackie's Covid measures, which are exemplary.

Stayed here while in Dunoon Scotland in the 1980-90’s traveling out to Holy Loch for months. A great view and easy to walk downtown. Remember the family Housekeeper at the time. Wonderful memories. Now trying to get to The Isle of Skye where my 4th Grandfather departed for the Colonies in the 1700’s.

I was made to feel very welcome by Jackie and Ray at their lovey guesthouse.
It has a great location with excellent facilities including Wi-Fi. The room was immaculate and well stocked with toiletries and tea, coffee etc.
The breakfast was very good, full cooked breakfast, toast and cereal too. When I'm next in Dunoon I know where I'll be staying.
Jackie and Ray made sure our stay was special and very very good hosts. Clean room and great breakfast. Went out of the way to ensure everything was enjoyable. We booked Taxi George for the day and he took us around to sites not always available to the general public. Full day around Cowal Peninsula. Recommended by Jackie. I will come back again and stay longer.

Stayed recently at your place the cedars b&b first time in Dunoon for along time had absolutely lovely time at Jackie's and ray very friendly and attentive breakfast was perfect spotlessly clean would highly recommend will definitely be back very soon thank you xx❤️

Amazing hosts and very comfortable accommodation in a super location overlooking The Clyde. You arrive as guests and leave as friends. You can park immediately outside and book a room at the front the view is great and lots to see. We spent hours sitting in the chairs by the window watching the boats and wildlife including a seal. Breakfast was great and you can have pretty much what you want if they can buy it locally. We have stopped in lots of hotels etc but never have we feIt so welcome as this.

Fabulous single night stay at Jackie's Guest House, it felt like we were welcomed to her home and treated like old friends. Great food, excellent and frequent communication before we even arrived, and a room with a wonderful view of the sea. Thoroughly recommend if you want to explore Dunoon
