Best experience i have ever had at a dental office. Dr Katy was excellent. The whole staff was nice and friendly. A special thanks to Angie for recommending and getting me in so fast. Five stars for the entire staff. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Definitely the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office in my entire life!! I have always feared going to the dentist for every visit in my life due to the pain you go through up until I started going to Cedar Brook. Katy and her staff make the experience fun and most important PAIN FREE!!! The very best and the staff is truly fun and friendly and when you can have fun at a dentist office, that should say it all.

Thru a friend I meet this very compassionate, knowledgeable & professional dental assistant, Tina!!! She gave me the courage to actually call & schedule an appointment. I hadn't been to a dentist in MANY years, embarrassed to say how long...oh, I wanted to, but SO EXTREMELY SCARED!!! I've had way TOO many bad experiences! My teeth appeared to be fine, but have issues not so easily seen. So it was difficult to even have them examine my teeth. They do not judge and are VERY CARING! Always offering Kleenex(s)! Then I met Dr. Katy Clapham, I thought no way could she too be SO compassionate, DEEPLY concerned for my welfare AND INTELLIGENT, but SHE WAS!!! And by the way, xrays are NOT what they used to be, wow so much easier! Those done and a plan in place. It's all achievable!!! I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm actually excited and PROUD to start this new adventure! What a HUGE RELIEF!!! THANK YOU Tina and Dr. Katy...I appreciate you both MORE than you will EVER KNOW!!!

Dr. Katy and assistant Jessi R. are great to work with especially with children! Very nice & clean office as well! They were able to work with us and get us in right away! Highly recommend!

Dr. Katy is bar far one of the most kind, considerate, compassionate, and thorough dentists I have met. Our girls were going to Cedar Valley Pediatrics but I wasn’t pleased. So, I switched to Dr. Katy because I’d seen good reviews. I could not be happier we made that transition! Our oldest, who is 6, has had a lot of problems and ended up needing 2 fillings, a baby root canal, and a tooth pulled all within the course of about 3 months. Dr. Katy has made each of those experiences so positive for our daughter. She doesn’t fear the shot, and in fact, looks forward to the bubble gum nose she gets with the laughing gas. I’ve called the office so many times in the past months because we kept having tooth problems - Dr. Katy even filled a prescription for us while we were in Florida on vacation to help treat tooth pain until we got home and could have the tooth pulled. She really does go above and beyond and it’s obvious she sincerely cares for her patients. I 100% recommend Dr. Katy and her staff!

How do I put this in words. This place was amazing! They were so good with my kiddos. I am self conscious of my teeth and they just made me feel so much better. We are so happy to have found them! Highly recommend!

I had an impacted wisdom tooth over Thanksgiving weekend and Dr. Clapham had me come in on Friday and pulled it for me. She was very friendly and professional. Words can’t describe how grateful I am for her to do this for me on a holiday weekend. I highly recommend Cedar Brook Dental Group to everyone and plan on going to them from now on. Building is clean and has a very relaxing, comforting vibe. Dr. Clapham and her entire team were great and thorough but most important they were WONDERFUL with my 2 year old during his appointment!

I called to set up a consultation for a family member to get her teeth repaired. They don’t accept her insurance and they refused to accept my private pay. The staff were very rude and short, no compassion whatsoever. I even mentioned that it felt discriminatory and the office manager said they have the right to refuse anybody. I’m honestly glad I didn’t add an $8000 procedure to their profits. They are not inclusive and it seems as if you need to be a high class dominant race and financial status to receive services here. I will spread the word of their unprofessionalism to avoid anyone else being disregarded and treated as less than a person.

We are not a provider with the insurance you are referencing. With this particular insurance, if we are not a participating provider, we can not legally accept private pay for services. Therefore, what we were trying to convey is that it was in your family member's best interest to seek treatment with another provider that accepts this insurance.
