I have had a wonderful experience so far! I did just start the process and Gev has been amazing! They even prepared a package to send to my HOA. There is absolutely no comparison in quality! I have viewed the competitor’s windows vs CDW and there just isn’t a comparison! Windows are an investment and you don’t just change them every few years! These windows are quality built and designed to last! I’m impressed and appreciative for all the time spent on our project! You’re never nickel and dimed and every options is honestly recommended or discouraged! Thank you for all of your wonderful customer service! I will circle back when the job is complete.

5 star delivery Donte arrived on time, he did a wonderful job at installing my new sliding glass door and screen. He was here for 6 hours and work tirelessly in the Arizona sun, this is the 1st time I have used this company and will recommend them to family and friends for sure. The process was easy and painless, once I decided on this company, I had scheduled a measure, then it went to fabrication, then install. All along the way, I was continuously informed on where the project was at. I also liked that I was able to make progress payments and not just half up front and half upon delivery.

The commercial about the potato chips is not just a sales gimmick. It's 100 percent true. Amazing product amazing instalation process!!! When they are done you won't be able to tell if anything was done, they left the area spotless clean. And not to forget the sales team , very knowledgeable and polite. I needed to replace the very old louvre windows in our new home and sought multiple bids before asking our realtor who recommended California Deluxe Windows. Her endorsement spoke for itself...she had purchased her own windows from CDW twenty years ago and remains incredibly happy with them to this day. When I reached out to CDW, they stood apart from every other bid I'd received: the best pricing, the best quality, and the fastest turnaround. Nick A. our project manager and rep was an amazing help during the project. The entire process was seamless, and they were able to retrofit with ease. Every technician we worked with (from the initial measurements to the final install) was highly knowledgeable, answered my many questions, and had been with the company for decades. We couldn't be happier with our new, energy-efficient windows, and with summer approaching in the San Fernando Valley, the timing couldn't be better!

We used CDW to upgrade 2 large sliding doors a couple years ago, and reached out to them again this year to replace a large custom arch window in our bedroom. Other companies said they'd have to do a full window frame replacement due to the geometry but CDW was able to do a retrofit using the existing frame, saving us costly permit fees and stucco repairs on our house. Gene was our sales rep, Omar led the installation and his crew did a fantastic job. I'm very pleased with the end result and see a huge difference in noise and room temp with the dual pane vinyl

Update 2026 Loved the windows pictured until the day we moved. Had CDW install new windows in our new place and we love them just as much as before. Continue to recommend this company. Update 2023 We have now had our windows for 2 years and continue to be impressed with the look, quality and sound control. I recently thought there was a problem with one of our high windows I can’t get to. The team came out to take a look and were very friendly and helpful. Thankfully it was just a spiderweb that looked like a crack, and nothing serious. Continue to highly recommend this company! 2021 From start to finish California Deluxe Windows did an outstanding job. We had 3 normal windows installed, 1 sliding glass door, and 1 garden window. The initial consult was easy to schedule and I highly recommend anyone thinking about new windows or doors gets a free quote. Gene really new what he was talking about and clearly loves what he does. It is hard to find people who truly believe in what they are selling, but his company does. He brought sample windows with him, and you can feel the quality in the product! Cost was reasonable. Much cheaper than our Anderson quote and the product and warranty really can't be beat in my opinion. We wanted to replace our garden window which a lot of companies will not do, but since CDW makes their own windows it was no problem at all. The measuring process was simple and fast. Our installers came on time and were very professional. They were constantly sweeping or vacuuming and keeping the place clean. They were like a well oiled machine, with each team member having a different job. The garden window in our kitchen required some changes to the tile on the counter which they discussed with me and seamlessly cut to create the perfect fit with the window. We have had our windows and door for about a week now. We live in a condo complex. I work nights and sleep during the day, so sound was an important factor for us. These windows do not disappoint. Our condo is so much quieter now. We can still hear the noises through the walls but barely. The difference from our old windows is pretty incredible. The windows also regulate temperature so much better than before. Plus they look great. Love how the garden window turned out. And finally a special thanks to Joyce, our HOA did not make things easy and she was very responsive and super helpful getting things to go through. She also helped with all of the permitting through the city. I have been recommending this company from our very first interaction with them and will continue to do so!

I would never recommend this company. Very poor customer service and no communication. We ordered 3 windows and a door almost 4 months ago and put down a 50% deposit. When they came out to install them (supposed to be at 7 am--they arrived a little after noon), they had the door and one window. And they were white. Our HOA requires almond exterior trim, which was discussed. We sent them back and they assured us the order would be rectified. When they finally came 5 days ago to install them, once again, they were white. They said someone would be out to paint them, which was NOT what our understanding was. They were supposed to have the factory almond trim. The door was delivered without the handle, so it sat in my yard for 4 days as they couldn't install it. We were told the installers would be out yesterday at 8:00 am to finish the job. They finally showed up at 3:30. The door measurement was almost 1/2" off, so it took them a couple of hours to get it put in. However, even though the door handle had been delivered, the lock switchplate had not. Nor did they have the finishing strips or the foam to insulate the door. The installer had to go down to Home Depot to buy some foam insulation after the door was up. Currently, it only locks with by putting a piece of wood in the track. Supposedly, they are going to be out first thing this morning to finish the door trim, install the switch plate so we can lock the door, and paint the exterior the correct color. We'll see, because you cannot reach anyone at the company, they don't return phone calls, and they don't show up when they say they will.

If I can give them zero stars I would. We had them replace 20+ windows in our house and a French door. However, the windows leak when it rains. They have been out twice to “fix” them and the problem still persists. Now they have stopped responding. We spent well over $50K and can get no customer support. They are unresponsive to emails, texts, and calls. Unfortunately, we will be engaging with lawyers. It’s raining right now and I’m spending my Friday evening mopping water to avoid damage on our floors and walls. My advice, consider all your options for window replacement, but avoid this company at all costs. Will post more photos. This is 10 minutes after some heavy rain.

Everyone we dealt with.at CDW were amazing. Just want to say that Christian and Dave the installers were the best part of the whole experience. From the minute we opened the front door until the project was done we were happy. Having contractors show up can be a terrifying. They were very professional, organized and answered all questions. My husband and I were very happy with the work that they did We call them the A team. Thanks to Rob for sending them. Rob was great too!
