Mary is an amazing trainer, not only does she have immense knowledge but implements it by learning your personal goals and limits. She takes time to get to know your strengths and helps focus and push you in the areas you need. I would hands down recommend Mary as fitness coach to anyone at any level. The gym is clean and equipment is top notch!!
Mary is an amazing trainer! She learns your limits and really pushes you to new heights. She shows great dedication to her clients and passion for fitness in every session. I feel 100% more confident when I train with her or if I'm by myself at the gym. I was definitely intimidated to start personal training but this gym is clean, organized and is a very welcoming atmosphere.
Go check out CDA Fitness 1 on 1 and I highly recommend their trainer Mary. 10/10!

Would give 10 stars if that was an option, Craig is the real deal and pushed me to my limits during the session I had with him. The facility is also state of the art and something I can imagine professional athletes use.

I've been coming here a couple times a week for nearly three months, working with a personal trainer to meet my fitness and health goals. Manny is my personal trainer and he's always pushing me to make my goals. The workouts are intense but satisfying. The best part is seeing results every week. Thanks Manny!
Manny was my trainer and he was amazing!! He was super flexible with my crazy schedule and very dedicated to get me the results I wanted, and researched whatever he needed in order to do so. He pushed me in ways I was unable to push myself, and he always made it fun!! 1000% recommend this place and specifically Manny!

Enjoying the Family life, I walked in after years of sedentary work. Realizing how far I let my health slip, I had become crippled by old injuries as a result and needed a massive change. Craig rehabilitated many of the injuries to a point I didn’t think was obtainable and the gains continue.
There is no way to fully express the gratitude I have for this gym and more specifically Craig’s devotion to meeting my goals.

Absolutely fantastic place! I thought the gym was brand new when I walked in. however, its been in business for about two years . All the equipment is high tech and looks brand new. it’s always super clean and pristine! Craig is fantastic! I’ve been dealing with seven bulging discs in my back and I’ve had a hard time staying fit. I had become so fat that i weighed 265 pounds. After four months working with Craig, i’m down to almost 220 pounds.
Craig knows exactly how hard to push me so that I get stronger & lose weight without being injured. He has a way of inspiring Me. these have been the best workout sessions of my life!
He is very friendly and knows exactly what to do. I highly recommend this business!

Not only do you get your own private gym space to work out in, but you also have your own dedicated trainer who is focused on ensuring you meet your goals and makes working out enjoyable but effective. I was paired with Craig, and he really takes the guesswork out of your workouts, so all I have to do is show up, be dialed in, and give it my best. I'm very pleased with my results. My wife has now joined after seeing my 60 day results. After 90 days, I will post a before and after photo! So keep an eye out. - oh and I had a dad bod 😉 I highly recommend CDA fitness 1 on 1!!! 👍👍
