I have a camper in all season side of the campground. They’re under contract with CC propane to provide propane service called about getting service first time I called. The guy said he would have someone call me right back four days later I called the check to see what the status was. The lady I talked to was very rude. Told me they had no tanks available and they had no idea when they’d be gonna get tanks in and that they are under contract with the Camp Ground and I could go nowhere else to get service .to me if you’re under contract to be the supplier. You should be able to tell me when you’re able to provide a tank. And not tell me your SOL.

Crooks. The lady forgot to charge my card so I got charged a late fee. Our bill for an 800 sq foot apartment was $176 so we turned everything down and basically freeze. The bill was $185 the next month.

They will charge your credit card without your consent. I called and paid with my credit card over the phone one time then the next time they ran my card without my approval or talking to me. I happen to see a large charge on my bank statement. Terrible service. The lady you call and talk to is rude.

We have had EXCELLENT service from CC PROPANE. The staff is friendly and helpful and I love that that they do what they say they will do. Never had any issues or problems with the service. Nice, genuine people. Love working with and supporting local folks.

Not the most inexpensive propane around the area, but that is offset by par excellence in a customer oriented staff. Thanks for a friendly voice Jennifer, in taking my call-in order and thanks to Tom, for his fine delivery service for many years. I mentioned to Tom that my tank was sinking into the ground on one end and I'd be happy to take care of it. He had a fellow colleague out in two days to level my tank, which further exemplifies their fine service. -purchaser of CC Propane for 15+ years.
