I brought in my Jeep Grand Cherokee because I was having issues with the coils and fuel pump and some other issues. I received an estimate and the owner Omar took his time to explain why my car needed the parts that it needed and how everything works, and I learned a lot more about my car from him. Omar and his staff/mecahnics were very honest. There was no pressure like you normally would get from car repair shops where the problem is not fixed and you gotta keep going back and spend more money. This was not the case here. My car is running well and I no longer have the issue I was having when I first brought my car in. Omar is very patient too. The cost to repair for my car was very reasonable. They definitely guarantee their work and back it up. The front desk receptionist Mary is very polite, very caring as well as very knowledgeable. The mechanics at this shop work very well together. It was a very pleasant experience. Superb car repair shop!

Overcharged on a water pump replacement and after talking to owner,he said he was going to refund the labor for thermostat replacement because it had to come off to replace waterpump !!! 7 bolts to replace both parts and $990 bill !!! Wish I had watched Youtube video first !!!

For years, this was my go to shop but last week when I called to ask them about warranty information on a transmission job that they did less than a year ago. The woman was rude to me on the phone. They refused to stand behind their work and offered to charge me two thousand dollars for what another shop ended up charging me six hundred dollars for. I don't know what happened to this place but if I tried to get Omar. The owner on the phone, the girls that answer the phone. Refuse to let you speak to the owner now.
