Hanza showed great professionalism throughout the planning. Also, when renovating the exterior wall, my tenant’s air conditioner vent was affected by the bricks and debris. Hanza was quick to compensate my tenant $420 for the inconvenience. I am grateful for his accountability for this situation!

Not only he give the best price, he doesn't cut corner. Some minor detail that I don't think is important but his team did it without me asking. I hired hk builders to replace the roof at my house in Bayside. They have finished the roof in one day and they clean everything when they finished the roof and they did very good job at my roof. I'm really happy with the work they have done and I highly recommend hk builder to everyone.

His work is insured up to 10 years so that speaks volumes about the quality of his work. On top of that, he has great communication and speaks with professionalism. Hamsa arrived promptly, on time, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough in his estimate for our roofing project. His pricing was good, but more important, his work was Outstanding. I recently had to change my slate roof as it had been falling apart. I reached out for a couple of quotes and they came back with a very high quote stating that i would need to change the wood underneath as well. Hamza came in with a very reasonable quote, bordering cheap in my opinion and was honest enough to let me know that the pre-existing wood was better than any new wood that anyone would put on. He was very responsive and even responded to my texts on the weekend. He explained everything very clearly including the GAF insurance. His workers were fast and excellent. Removing slates are very messy, but they cleaned up so well that it was cleaner than before they came. The attentiion to detail was amazing a he added a copper cricket around the chimney and even raked the yard of the dust from the slate removal. I would highly recommend this company for their fair pricing, attention to detail and overall excellent work.
