Unfortunately, despite the venue meeting our basic needs, I would not use it again and I would caution others as well. A portion of my deposit was withheld because a car was left in the car park—despite the fact that the vehicle was not mine and I had no way of identifying the owner. I made this clear to the staff member handling my booking, yet they still refused to return the full deposit.
On top of that, I had to follow up multiple times just to receive the remaining amount. It’s extremely disappointing and unfair to take hard-earned money without a valid reason, and this experience left a very poor impression.

We provide much information in the booking form to ensure any booking is a success. So we ask firstly ' Please read the User Instructions and T's and C's' and state 'Failure to ensure compliance may result in a forfeit of damage deposit' '. It also states ' the booker is responsible for all attendees ', 'no cars overnight' along with other details.
In addition to this, you were also advised verbally that no cars could be left overnight. However, suggestions were given where your guests could park nearby.
Deposits are returned once the key has been returned. Your key was returned 3 days after your booking (not 24hrs as stated in the booking form). Had the key been returned earlier, the refund would have also been made earlier.
