I've been insured by Dog and Catsure for about 7 years now. Throughout this period, I have not only been paid out promptly time and time again, but I have come to realise that the benefits of the dogsure policy far outweigh those of any competitors. Claims are seamless, pre-approvals are seamless. Policy wording and updates are always clearly spelled out. Then there is the human element - Aisha and her team not only do an excellent job of processing claims and answering questions, but they are extremely caring and supportive when one of our animals is unwell or worse. Aisha checks in, and is always ready to assist. Taking out insurance with Dogsure (and Catsure) has actually been one of the best financial (and other) decisions I have ever made. Thank you, Aisha and team, for ongoing excellent work and for always going above and beyond. :)

Very fair pricing. Extremely responsive when I needed to make a claim - Aisha was so proactive she even reached out to the vet herself to get the quote for my dog's procedure and help get it pre-authorised. The claim was processed fairly quickly and reimbursed. Overall highly recommend :)

We are with Dogsure since roughly March 2014. When our dog now has this ear infection that we just could not shake off, and she had to get a "ear flush" done, this was a more costly procedure than anticipated. We contacted Aisha, our contact for our pet insurance to assist, and she has been so helpful and friendly and quick to assist with getting this pre-approved. I am so thankful that I joined Cat & Dogsure. Aisha is just amazing in handling everything so promptly. I never expected to have to submit a claim in the first month of my policy and I felt horrible about it, but Aisha quickly assisted me while I was stressed out and my dog had emergency surgery. She told me the steps to follow and it was as easy as 123, my claim was submitted, approved and paid out within a few days. I will recommend Cat & Dogsure to everybody and I now can have much more peace of mind when it comes to veterinary expenses. Phenomenal level of care and efficiency.

I have used other medical aids for my furbabies before and none of them hold a patch to Dogsure. The service from them, the care, the understanding, the compassion and the level of professionalism is over and beyond what we as South Africans are used to Then there is the cover you get. It is phenomenal and so worth the money You can’t go wrong with these guys
