Excellent location, and a superb host who made our family feel right at home ☺Casa Rosanna is a fantastic place for a family getaway! Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The villa itself is exceptionally clean, bright, and well-organized. It is fully equipped with everything a family could possibly need, making us feel right at home instantly. The location is also excellent, offering great convenience while remaining a peaceful place to relax. We spent a lot of time by the pool, which was pristine, clean, and refreshing. To top it all off, the host was superb—incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive to ensure we had the best possible stay. We highly recommend Casa Rosanna and would love to return! ☹Nothing.

Estancia en Lanzarote ☺El apartamento es una monada, con aire acondicionado en el dormitorio, y muy bien dotado de todo lo necesario. La ubicación muy buena, a 5 min andando a la playa y con sitio para aparcar. ☹La zona circundante. Está sucia, un poco descuidada y con poca luz nocturna. Supongo q es cosa del ayuntamiento de Lanzarote.

☺Está bien situada, cuesta un poco encontrarla el primer día, pero luego bien. Casa muy limpia aunque hay que ventilar por la humedad. Buen menaje. ☹La tele del salón no funciona bien. Por lo demás está muy bien

Bezpieczeństwo na terenie kompleksu - wszystkie bramki na kod). Blisko plaży, sklepów, kawiarni. W odległości 10 min spaceru od centrum. ☹Zimna woda w basenie. Duża ilość owadów. Bliska odległość od innych domków.

Fantastic week spent at Casa Rosanna. The villa was perfect for our family of 5, very spacious, spotlessly clean, with all of the amenities we could have asked for. Located in a quiet area and just a 10 minute walk to Marina Rubicon. Marina and her husband were great hosts and provided all the information we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend and hope to return again ourselves in the future.

Casa Rosanna - Perfect villa from start to finish!! ☺The villa is in a great location , 10 minutes walk to the Marina where you will find lovely restaurants and bars. There is a couple of great supermarkets close by and a fabulous Indian resturant that makes the best sangria. La Sal is a 15 minute walk away with a few lovely shops and beautiful restaurants. It is a 35 minute walk into the centre of Playa Blanca but lovely walking down the coastal path with the breeze. The beaches are beautiful! The villa was spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities, equipped with everything you can possibly think of. Lovely pool and outdoor BBQ area and cool bedrooms with excellent air conditioning and very comfortable beds. We would not hesitate to return to the villa and will definitely do so in the future! Thank you Marina for a wonderful stay.

We would like to clarify for future guests that the apartment is fully equipped with approximately 18 plates in total. There are two complete sets of dishes (one turquoise and one white) stored in different sections of the upper kitchen cabinet, and it appears that the white set may have been overlooked during your stay.

We always strive to ensure that our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Following your comments, we will review the organization of the kitchen items to make them even easier to locate.

Perfect in every way! ☺ Host was friendly, informative and very communicative from pre arrival to post departure. Even popped in to say hello during our stay. Apartment is perfect, clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. Marina has thought of everything. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely secluded outdoor space. Great place to stay if there is no heavy rain ☺ Quiet location. All the facilities you needed. Friendly, responsive host. Can park your car very close. ☹ The design of the bungalow. During heavy rain the water pours off the roof onto the patio. Unfortunately the patio slopes down slightly to the patio door. So the lounge floods. This happened twice in 2 days. The owner said they would be addressing this urgently. If this hadn’t happened I would have scored 9.

Fantastic villa in peaceful location, close to Marina Rubicon ☺ Great location, only 10-15 minute walk to the marina & 3 minutes to 2 great supermarkets. The villa host Marina was fantastic, meeting us at the villa when we arrived & explaining everything. She responded quickly to our questions on WhatsApp & also let us know when the pool maintenance person was due. This was our tenth visit to the area & this villa was the best we’ve stayed in. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, great showers, quality fittings, furniture & decor but most pleasing was how well equipped it was, it felt like staying in someone’s home. The pool & outdoor area was great & we spent most of time here relaxing & enjoying the sunshine as the area is so peaceful ☺️ The pool was in full shade by 3-4pm but this wasn’t an issue for us as it’s heated. We appreciated the selection of pool inflatables available for guests to use. We loved our week at Casa Rosanna & wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be booking again for next year ☹ Nothing, it was all perfect
