Absolutely straight forward. I went there with reasonable expectation of the value of my car. KBB value less the obvious cosmetic and mechanical issues. We negotiated a fair value, and that was that.
Steve (and the staff) were great! I would recommend them, and will be a return customer should the need arise. Saved me the frustration of trading in a car at a dealership, or all the time consuming and other issues with selling a car privately.
Again...at a fair value.
