I even gave their info to my cousin, and he went with them also.
Both of us couldn't have been happier with the outcome. They literally took care of everything. No realtor fees or closing costs.

I was misled into a contract under the pretense they were purchasing my home and later they have shown and claim I agreed for them to sell my house for me, that they have not purchased my home. A lot of other shady business being done. I have attempted to ask for them to resolve the conflicts or peacefully terminate the contract (mutually), but no attempts were made. I have now been threatened with my home being locked up and dragged through court in a very aggressive manner and they will not speak to me or resolve the issues I have brought to their attention unless I remove my bad review of them. In addition, threats have been made to sue me for defamation for this bad review. I have updated this review since and am speaking 100% truth. Don't I have the right to leave an honest review? This is my own opinion of the company and personal experience with them. If you are going to do business with this company, take the contract to a lawyer first. I DO NOT recommend this company and the only reason I share this review is to help others not be taken advantage of.

This is simply not the case. Our business has recorded conversations and we explained everything in detail. this is a classic case of "I want more money". completely breaking the contract. Our lawyer is dealing with this.
This company may be "OK" as a buyer of homes but they surely are not good at "Flipping" them.
We purchased a home from them and they did a lot of shady upgrades and repairs.
They never live in the houses so they are not required to disclose anything they know (like leaky roofs, basements, furnace problems, etc.).
They also left us with a gas bill that I had to pay as the new resident. I gave them the opportunity to fix that and they decided not to call back after I was "escalated to the owner".
BUYER BEWARE!

Hello, we are licensed builders and if the city says we passed all of our permits we mush be doing something right. I don’t know what you are referring to with the gas bill as the title company always collects this and it’s paid at the closing. It appears you are off topic here and has nothing to do with our house buying company.
The team promised me a completed sale and signed an agreement with me on a price and backed out after 2 months of promising me the sale... literally using those words and the last moment backed out. I was assured me looking for another home was safe and I found a rental that I'm in Lease with and they left me with my house in another state not sold. Told me that the appraisal was much lower than what they anticipated, but when I got my appraisal 4 years ago when I bought the home... it was for 136k before any updates, they said it was appraised at 100k and the carpets were less than a year old. We had a radon mitigation system put in and several cosmetic issues fixed when we moved in. They lie and are crooked. The customer service is great until it comes to follow thru.

We buy houses from the advice of professional, licensed, and insured venders. We can only buy according to their advice. it's unfortunate, but it's the way it is.
I called Cash for Houses Mn last week and I talked with Anthony to begin with. He was very understanding and empathetic of my personal situation and understood how quickly I needed to sell. He then brought it to Todd's attention (owner) I was trying not to get my hopes up but the next thing I know Todd and his team were wheelin&dealing! Making deals for me and making what needed to happen for me... HAPPEN!!! Anthony also got sick during this but his team stuck by his side to stay by my side! Would I recommend this team? I gotta keep this clean so your darn tootin I would! Haha! In a heart beat! They definitely put their clients first! Thank you to Todd and all of you and especially to Anthony for listening to half my life problems and im very happy I was finally able to find the trust in a company i needed!
