I should have known not to trust these guys, Adam contacted me a few times and I explained I wasn’t sure and that I was getting contacted by “Cash4Cars” or at least people claiming to be from cash for cars, and I was not sure about working with these guys as I had asked them to stop contacting me, or at least told the other people to stop contacting me. So he said call me back if you’re serious. After chatting with my boyfriend I asked him to call Adam back and explain that I was just skeptical and if he would like to come view and pick up the car then he can, before my boyfriend even finished his sentence Adam hung up on him, so we called Adam back from my phone and once again he hung up, not even giving a chance for him to speak. So I texted him, he asked for my address and I asked how long they’d be. He said “I will let you you shortly”, after an hour I messaged again, and then once more after that, saying if he’s serious then get back to me so I’m not waiting all day and wasting my time. I’ve been left on read. Idk about the rest of the company but Adam(who claims to be the owner) does not seem super professional from my experience with him. I wanted to give this company a chance and look past my skepticism but they did not seem to leave a good mark on that. And before they comment “this is another fake review” I have screen shots of the texts.

I had a terrible experience with this junk car buying company. They promised me a fair price for my vehicle, but when they came to pick it up, they offered me a fraction of what we had discussed over the phone. The whole process was a hassle, and I felt completely misled. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Stay away if you want a stress-free sale.

Quick and painless. They came when they said they would, paid a fair price and removed the vehicle when they said they would.

I was told they’d pick up my junk car on a certain day, but no one showed up. I called multiple times, and each time I got a different excuse. They finally came a week later, and the offer was way lower than what was agreed upon. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience!

Horrible experience. I was told I'd get $3000 for my truck then when they showed up only offerd 500. Seems like scam artists This is not a fake review. I do have all the text messages the were exchanged.

Bought a battery from them for one of my cars today and then on the same day found out they were the ones that my Mechanic called to tow my other car to get fixed. They were very professional and they called me 3 times to keep me in the loop all the way through the process. 1. They acknowledged they were going to pick my car up. 2. They let me know that the Tow truck was currently dropping off someones car and then they would be coming to my place next. 3. I was then called to let me know they would at my place in 10 minutes. I was very impressed to say the least !

Fast, professional, personable, kind, and fair. Dealing with Gary and Aaron eased my mind about parting with my old truck. Great folks.

Dont call this guy made me wait for two hours and didnt show up kept telling me to put the key somehwere and ill etransfer you SCAM!

Stay far away from these guys. Poor customer service and sold us a van that started falling apart a week after purchase. We also gave them a van to crush with a bent frame and they’re attempting to flip it for $1000. They’re broke and desperate. He also left a fake review on Facebook while he had my phone discussing pricing with my boss. Pretty gross is you ask me. I added pictures of the fake review so there’s no room to deny it. I’d give them zero stars if it was an option. The vehicle he reviewed on Facebook wasn’t even the vehicle we had purchased.

I had to call this towing service after my car broke down, and I regret it completely. They arrived late, and when they finally showed up, the driver was rude and seemed like he couldn't care less about my situation. Not only was I charged an outrageous fee, but the tow truck actually caused more damage to my car. I would never use them again.

Had such a great experience on Sunday. They made it so easy to get rid of my broken down vehicle super quick! And I was happy with the offer. Got cash on the spot and my old vehicle was out of my hair! Would recommend them to anyone!

Hey guys I just got lowballed by these guys and they’re also claiming that everybody’s impersonating their company. They’re the real scammers Calgary you’ve been warned.

These guys are major scammers showed up, lowballed me. Give me a hard time. I wouldn’t recommend this company do your homework before you commit to anything with them and if you are selling them your vehicle make sure you get their ID.
