Great communication. Was flexible in letting us stay an extra hour when we needed a little extra time.

Prior to our arrival Carl was great with communicating, great instructions on how to get in and how things on the property worked. However the first night of our visit we sat in the hot tub. Within 48 hours I ended up in the emergency room with an infection due to bacteria in the hot tub getting into my skin. I just had a procedure today that will hopefully avoid hospitalization. Other than that things were clean, as expected atleast on the surface level. There was some exposed wires near the fire place that would make me nervous to have little kids around. Another thing I thought was odd is that there was a lot of random used food in the pantry and fridge, while some might view it as nice and left behind by other renters I also am untrusting and didn’t use any of it. You never know what others do to things. Hopefully he gets the hot tub taken care of. We didn’t use the pool due to not being in season, not sure if that would also be an issue.

Spacious, warm and inviting! This home is absolutely fabulous for a large family gathering. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and special extra touches throughout. We really enjoyed the newer larger hot tub, the pack man game and the spacious kitchen. Thank you for great communication and a great stay!

Great location and accommodations for a quick weekend ski getaway at Mission Ridge.

Carl was an amazing and very responsive host. The house was spotless and exactly as advertised. Everything went smooth! The brand new hot tub was also a great surprise and addition.

My group and I enjoyed the house so much!! Carl was very accommodating with any situation that happened. The house was perfect and it fit right in with our group making everything work out. We loved the kitchen!!! The appliances in the kitchen were perfect and there was enough seasoning for everything. It’s a perfect middle location to Leavenworth as well as Seattle.

My family and I loved staying here. As a mom with small children, it was just really nice to spend time in a clutter free space that had lots of fun activities for the kids. The layout was well thought out for kids. The yard with a treehouse and rope swing was separate and gated off from the pool, so it gave us peace of mind letting our kids run around and play. There was a potty seat, step stool, and even outlet covers. The outdoor movie was so fun and there were lots to do in the area. We loved going on a hike nearby to see the larch, apple picking, and taking scenic drives.Carl was so quick to respond and he was very accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was perfect for all of us & we enjoyed all of the amenities! The house is so cute & spacious. We loved watching music videos on the outside projector. Carl was super quick with responses & was very accommodating & kind! We would love to do another girls trip here!

Carl was an amazing host! Very friendly and responsive to any questions, making our stay more enjoyable. The house was very clean and well equipped with entertainment. The kitchen was bigger than expected and well stocked with essential cookware/dishes. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we’ll definitely be back to stay again in the future.
