We had a “Golden Girls Weekend” with some college friends of 25+ years. It was the perfect space for us. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. We spent hours the pool with the 100* heat. The gazebo provided great shade. Carl was very responsive when we had a couple questions. We can’t wait to come back next year. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

What a great place. Huge house, comfy bed, and an amazing pool. Only sad we didn't have more time here!

Over all the property was nice and had tons of potential. Very spacious and lots of great bonuses. However the lack of cleanliness was the biggest issue. Tons of dead bugs, popcorn butter spilled all over the pantry, dirty pots and pans in the cupboards, stains on sheets, trash from previous people, over filled trash cans. The 5 days cost more than a month of rent. It was just disappointing since we could never fully get comfortable. Hopefully this was a fluke!

My friends and I had the absolute best time here!! Beautiful home. Amazing pool. Very easy drive to the Gorge for the concert we came to see! Will definitely book again in the future :)

First of all, Carl is a great host and very communicative. Every little thing that needed attention was promptly dealt with. Unfortunately, not all were fixed. When we arrived on Monday, the pool was green and we couldn't see the bottom of the pool. My daughter was looking forward to diving to the bottom to pick up the weighted toys. Carl repeatedly added chemicals and took water samples but it looked the same when we left on Friday. The outdoor projector was something else we were looking forward to, but with the high winds the first few nights, we were unable to use it. When we finally had a calm night, we couldn't get it to work. With Carl's help, I was able to get the fire table to work by holding the knob in while pushing the button to ignite it. I had been doing it wrong from the start. Overall, we still had a great time! I've learned that things don't always go as planned and that's OK. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was large and had everything we needed to cook meals.

Carl was an exceptional host- very communicative and thought of everything to make the stay so wonderful. Had a getaway w/ 3 adult friends and we all had comfy sleeping arrangements and plenty of space to spread out and to join together. The pool got lots of sunshine. The kitchen was huge. It was nice that neither bathroom was an en suite so all could use either. The backyard was huge! We used the grill, the outdoor movie setup, the Pacman arcade machine, indoor tv, showers, dishwasher, charged an electric car. Everything was in good working order and easy. Checkout was lite and clear. Carl checked in to see if we needed anything. We’re already checking calendars to see if we can return here before summer ends.

We absolutely loved our time here ! One of our favorites so far! We will absolutely be back for a longer stay next time !!

Carl is so nice and well communicated , kiddos love the pool and we enjoyed staying at Carl’s place.

Very comfy place to stay, lots of room, clean, big kitchen w/big frig. He was always very responsive and helpful. If you like to do walks, there are wonderful places to walk through the neighborhoods as well as the Apple Capital Loop trail up against the Columbia River. There’s so much to do here and then you can come back and enjoy the pool & jacuzzi. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Everything we needed and more! We booked with another family for our kids’ sporting event and could not have asked for a better experience! Plenty of room to spread out, the kids (therefore adults) loved the pool, hot tub and outdoor movie theater. Carl responded within minutes to help locate replacement batteries for a remote. Obvious care was put into thinking about providing anything busy families would need.

Loved Carl's place and will definitely be back. Close to everything yet super quiet and relaxing. The view is beautiful. The house has everything you need and then extra stuff you didn't even think of needing. The pool was perfect and relaxing. My son in 1 and absolutely loved the pac man. Did not use hot tub. I have family in the area so I will definitely be back and recommend Carl's place 100% ! The recommendations for the area from Carl was also so helpful so I didn't have to waste anytime on Google searchs.Thank you Carl for a lovely getaway that was much needed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Telecommuting for work was seamless for three of us, and the pool was a warm, private and enjoyable. We enjoyed everything the house had to offer - did a yoga class on the workout gym, swam, hot tubbed, video games on the arcade, dined, and worked remotely - everything was perfect and comfortable. The home was a great home base for all of our Wenatchee area activities- we‘d happily recommend Carl‘s home, and will plan to stay again in the future.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed and Carl was an amazing host!

He though of everything, from the popcorn maker and backyard projector, cotton candy machine, Lego's and board games. We had a super fun time.
