Definitely won’t go here again for tint. They used to be the best. Now feels like they’re to busy and don’t care about quality. Seems to only get worse. Had all my windows tinted including the windshield and almost every window has flaws. When you ask for them to fix it they ask you to leave your vehicle the entire day on Saturday… seems to constantly inconvenience the customer. Then when you have them finally do it. The same quality is the outcome.

We apologize for the wait on hold, we had a 100 people Line waiting when we opened our doors at 9am. We have been very busy all morning. We did have a $99 window tint packages that sold out in the first 30 minutes of us being open. But we still have discount on all of our other tint packages.

got an interior detail done and was not happy with the attention to details for the price. 200$ for them to miss the inside mirrors. floor matts weren’t very clean (they were plastic weather tech matts(removable)), didn’t even have them clean the trunk and it took all day. my car was probably last on the list, but yet they wanted it in by 9am, just for it to be done by 6pm… and to add, i get an interior detail once a year, well kept, MAYBE a 2 out of 5 on a dirty scale.
i gave this rating a 3 because the other services they do are well done. just not the interior detailing side of things.

Parker is wonderful and knowledgeable about what he sells! He informed of all our options and never pushed us to choose the most expensive model. He also made sure we knew the final price with labor and taxes. When we had problem after it was installed he personally helped us fix it before it left the lot. You can not go wrong with Car Stereo One.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. I had an appointment for 3:30, 5:30 and they hadn't even started on my vehicle. I understand there was some technical difficulties but dam don't just leave your customer (already paid) sitting there wondering what the hell is taking so long. I had to approach them to find out. Needless to say I didn't get out of there until almost 7:30...

We Definitely do apologize for the longer wait, we had our Wi-Fi go down for a period of time. Which caused delay in our jobs. But we also highly recommend to drop vehicles off because we offer same day installation not guaranteed time frames. Mixed feelings. I don't like to go here. The new owner is a bit of a jerk. The counter guy was super nice and helpful. The other guy was pushing to upsell everything and doesn't make you feel comfortable unless you want to give him 1000s of dollars.
They also tinted my windows. Not very well I might add. I have an 1/8" gap down the side of my window from the track.
I won't be back. Not unless I have a big fancy car and want to be charged extortion prices for ordinary stereo items. The counter guy was the only reason I stayed. He was very helpful. Find a local car guy, better pricing and the appreciate the business.

Should be a zero star rating, Parker is very unprofessional and installers are incompetent, I got my fiance a car starter from car stereo one for her 1 year old suv after having it for 1 week the car sat all day and the next day it wouldn't start I called Parker and he insisted it was something wrong with her new car and bragged about the thousands of starters they installed I gave him the benefit of doubt and had to buy a new battery 1 week later it didn't start again she couldn't get her kids to school and both of us had to miss work the battery died again I called Parker and he raised his voice to me and a still insisted it was the car, I ended up having them remove the starter in fear it wouldn't start again after that the car was fine again but I was out $450 for the price of 2 batteries he then told me he would not return the starter or our $ he finally agreed to pay for 1 battery and put another system in which we did cus we had no other choice when we took it back to put another starter in he informed us he put a different model in to make sure that wasn't the problem he never gave us a receipt or box with new starter I then found out why , it's because they put in a model that was $200 cheaper than the one we originally purchased, the staff at car stereo one are thieves and liars I highly suggest anyone go to tas or any other place . We lost alot of time and money dealing with car stereo one they don't deserve to be in business!

But the system you got installed in your vehicle is the same price as the other system you had on your vehicle. our retail price for the system you have now is $379 installed which is the same price as the one you had before. We do not have any other system that is $179 installed. Which was stated at time of pick up for your vehicle. We Also never once raised our voice at you even when you were screaming and yelling at us on the phone, we just let you know we will not argue back and forth with you. I have been itching to upgrade my system in my new truck, and boy am I glad I decided to stop in CSO and talk with Parker and his staff. I had a trip coming up and dreaded the hours I’d spend with those stock junk speakers Dodge uses. Parker pointed me to some awesome sounding Focals and dampening pads for my doors. I put on Whipping Boy by Ben Harper. Crisp clear vocals, dreamy mid range acoustic slide, and strong tight bass. Impeccably clear sounds. Next up was Reflection by Tool.
