After a 2yr nightmare with another flooring company, I read a great review about Carpet Heritage & decided to call them. Joe the owner is amazing. He truly understood what I went through with the previous company & assured me it would be a positive experience. He wasn't kidding. From picking out our new LVT floor to the installation. Joe was great. Allowing me to bring several samples home, even offered to pick the samples up if I couldn't return them. Once we finalized our selection, we had our new floor installed in approximately 5 weeks. The price was very good, the installers were great & very neat. There are not enough words to say how grateful I am that I found Carpet Heritage & Joe. I would absolutely recommend this business for all your carpet & flooring needs.
Carpet Heritage replaced the carpet in our basement. Joe was great to work with from selection through installation. The two gentlemen who did the installation were terrific as well. They were very professional and respectful from start to finish. I recommend Carpet Heritage without hesitation!

We recently purchased a runner from Carpet Heritage for the stairs at our beach house. Joe and Nish walked us through the options and explained the pros and cons of each carpet we looked at. We are extremely happy with the choice we made and even more impressed with the process and installation. I highly recommend them.

The owner, Joe Jaghab was a pleasure to work with. He made himself available to meet with us any day and time that was convenient for us, even giving us his cell number.
When we began looking for carpet, we had specific colors that needed to match our existing furniture. When we could not find what we needed in a pre-made pattern, Joe was able to bring in a design team to customize one of his suggested patterns with our exact colors. A sample was made to confirm a perfect match and the carpet arrived right on time. We couldn’t be happier!

This experience has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Joe and his team are incredible and they truly care about their customers. We’ve been in the process of renovating our “new” house that we just purchased (a farmhouse built in the 1800’s). Carpet Heritage completely transformed our floors and brought them back to life while still keeping them classic and authentic – the difference is night and day. Joe is extremely informative and walked us through the process together so we were part of every decision from the beginning. His crew spent the time to answer all of our questions and create samples on our actual floors so that we felt confident about our final decisions regarding color. It made all of the difference. They are prompt, courteous, flexible, respectful, hardworking, and really care about their craftmanship. This kind of special attention to detail and customer service is so hard to find today. Joe J. and his team at Carpet Heritage are incredible! We just had our 1860 farmhouse pine floors sanded, stained and sealed in our kitchen, dining room, living room, library, half bathroom, pantry and a flight of 16 stairs! They look brand new! Carpet Heritage also configured and made a special matching ramp and entrance door lip for my husband's wheelchair. Joe helped us figure out all the logistics. Joe's team are experts - and not only was everything clean but back in its' spot upon our return. We couldn't be happier - the past 20+ years of life including 3 special dogs and their paws are now tucked away in our memories as we set out to make new floor history with a new puppy:). I"ll be heading back to Joe's shop to pick out a runner for our stairs and a rug for our living room. I recently re-carpeted two rooms in my house. I decided to buy local and am so pleased that I did. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Joe was great to deal with. From the beginning, Joe at Carpet Heritage has been great to work with in restoring the floors of our old home. Joe was responsive with me on timing for the project and answering all my questions about the process. They finished in the allotted amount of time, and we are blown away by how these old floors have been brought back to life.
Such a great and honest local business. Joe took care of us from picking the right carpet and baseboard, and installation. He was patient and gave us the right level of details so we could make the best selections. Joe was easy to work with. His team arrived on time and left the place clean.
