I'm so pleased to have received flowers from Carobeth, they go above and beyond! I love it when a company really demonstrates not only their care, but their passion. Carobeth does this 'with bells on'. It's not only about getting beautiful gorgeous fresh flowers, they turn it into a whole experience and give you an education whilst that's happening. Usually when you receive flowers through the door, it's a open the packet, smile, pop them in a vase and be done. That was far from what happened, and there were continued smiles and 'wow's from the moment we opened up our box (see the pictures!). We were guided through the process of how to make the most of our flowers, but also how to make them last as long as possible. A step by step guide card, that was easy to follow, took us through stem cutting, educated us on why that's needed (I'll not be forgetting that from now on!) and meant we had flowers that not only looked good, but were totally healthy for days. They continued to give us joy for many days, well beyond expected, just by doing what was instructed. The quality of posting, packing and the care of instructions and the quality of the flowers themselves means we'll be coming back time and time again. This little home grown company with a great story behind the name really does deserve all the applause I'm giving. Supporting a small business just became a no brainer. You wont be disappointed with their product or their care.
