My parents live in an independent apartment in Raliegh, and I can't say enough about SCS. The whole team has been very supportive and caring. They are all aware of our entire family situation and help with both my parents. They are like an extended family. The care team is like having a bunch of aunties, and Colin is the bigger brother. Mags is the sister I have dreamed of having; I could not have done this without every single member of the team. They always answer you when you have a question and are unbelievably great at communicating with me when my parents' situation changes. Mags can ease my mind when I get anxious about what's going on with my parents; that is a rare trait to have. SCS goes above and beyond what other companies may do. We are lucky to have them in the building. To bad they were not there 24/7. :) hehe It's obvious all the staff loves their job because they all truly care.

tasha & ebony BOTH are very disrespectful don’t know how to talk to anyone im taking this company to a HIGHER authority.. under no circumstance should they disrespect me or my client ! would’ve been a great company with ms gina exclude the rest tho .. my opinion tho

Caring Senior Services of Nashville sent a caregiver to my 95 yr old mother's home. The caregiver stole in excess of $2500. She carried out multiple bags of my mother's belongings, fraudulently used credit cards and forged a check during her 12 hour assignment. The agency later acknowledged they had not verified her identity by viewing a picture ID - saying they were "in a hurry" to hire a caregiver. The caregiver confessed to the allegations - claiming to be addicted to heroin. BEWARE!! This agency is not what they present themselves to be.

My family used Caring Senior Service for my terminally ill mother as extra help to her and us. She gained a beautiful friend in her companion caretaker that came twice a week. We were grateful knowing she was in good hands when we couldn’t always be there. As a family we can only share the very best experience with the company. Her caretaker came to visit her in the hospital and called our family often to check in when she was admitted to hospital care. The owner also called to check in during that time and again when she passed. This is the company you want to go with if you want to be in the best hands or have your loved ones provided extra support. We appreciate their service and their caring hearts.

I am a Retired RN after 45 yrs, Cargiver with 3 companies, Former and present Nanny ( my 3rd career--2nd after Retirement). I have never seen such a Loving, Caring, Compassionate, Efficient, "Funny " ,🤩Personable Caregiver anywhere. CSS is easy and Very Accommodating to work with. Thank you EVER SOOOOOO MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO FOR " those you are responsible for. GOD BLESS CSS and those that work with them, especially in this area. Caring Senior Service has gone well beyond the call of professionalism! The owner genuinely cares about people instead of just caring about the money like most business owners! Their agency director, Connie Allen, gives 110 percent every second of everyday to ensure their clients and their employees needs are met! They both allow me to better myself and they both teach me how to be a better person and a better employee! They both want me to do what's best for me, even of that means leaving the company! I would recommend them to anyone in need of home health because they'll treat your family as if it's their family!
