Steve and Cecilia's assistance in ensuring my father was approved for ALTCS was invaluable! My sister and I started the process knowing very little about what would be involved. Steve provided us with many resources to educate us on the process. Cecilia was thorough and expedient in the financial documentation we needed to provide. ALTCS Approved! My daughter and I visited with the owner of Care Funding Solutions, Steve Dabbs. I found him extremely knowledgeable with both ALTCS and the Veterans Pension programs. We were told by someone at ALTCS and a social worker that my wife and I had too much income and assets to be approved for benefits. Apparently, that is not true; with Steve’s help, we were approved!
