Emergency heat pump hws installation
My existing hws had failed and the company who installed it ignored my pleas for help. At an absolute loss as to what to do because I couldn't afford another unit, along came Jude and the gang at Carbon Savers to the rescue. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They genuinely cared for my plight and pulled out all stops to help me. Jude organized a low repayment, no interest loan and the installation of a brand new unit was arranged for the very next day! To say I was pleasantly surprised would be a gross understatement. The installation of the new and removal of the old happened seamlessly and with amazing professionalism by the install team who were also incredibly helpful during the whole process. Jude also followed up 2 weeks later with a phone call to check I was happy with everything and to see if there was anything else he could help me with, which I thought was fantastic and a very rare act of customer service that a lot of companies lack these days.

Who was delightful and explained the whole process perfectly.
The installation was done within a few days and the 2 tradesman who did the job were very professional and extremely well presented.

We recently had a heat pump installed by Carbon Savers and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Our hot water system broke down over the weekend, and we were incredibly fortunate to be assisted by Lowri, a customer service agent who went above and beyond to help us.
Lowri was absolutely wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure we weren’t left in the cold. She worked tirelessly to arrange a quick replacement, and thanks to her efforts, everything was sorted much faster than we expected.
The installation itself was completed on time and the team were efficient, friendly and respectful of our home.

My experience with Carbon Saver was great. The service was timely, product and service was effective as well as efficient. They came early and try to complete the job on time. Even though, they hot water needed to be turned back on and they forgot, the manager came immediately to make sure the hot water was running. That alone was effective and efficient. I would highly recommend them. I almost forgot, their customer service was amazing. They are always available to attend to any queries or concern. Thank you Carbon Saver for a job well done. We are enjoying our split systems. The rooms are no longer too cold or too hot.

For the same heat pump emerald 270E other’s company charging $1400 but carbon savers charged around $2700, it’s unacceptable.
Gov offers 3k rebates to the individual but they again charge same amount to the customer. Better keep the old system or use other providers.

Amazing Back Up Service
Carbon Savers installed a heat pump hot water service a year ago and it had run faultlessly until Good Friday where it just stopped heating the water. I didn't realise until around 2pm on the Saturday. I got onto Carbon Savers website who said they had 24/7 assistance so I wrote a short summary of what was going on along with pics and also a copy of my original invoice. Within half an hour I texted by the Carbon Savers and asked to do a few tests. Nothing we did worked so we were assured a plumber would arrive by 8pm THAT night. Easter Saturday night no less. Plumber arrived and did what he could but it still would not work. He promised that by the Monday (Easter Monday) the unit would be replaced. I got a call from their sparky saying they would be there with a brand new unit by 4 in the afternoon. Bang on time and the brand new unit was installed in a flash and the broken unit taken away. Given the time of year and also the time I contacted them on a Saturday afternoon, I am astonished at the fantastic service. Bummed that the old unit broke but the back up was incredible. The service from Carbon Savers was excellent We had our old wall heater replaced with reverse cycle air conditioners. From our first enquiry to the installation it only took one week. The installers were very professional and cleaned up all their mess. The contact person from Carbon Savers was Michael Bell he was a delight to work with and he did everything possible to make things happen. I would highly recommend this company to deal with.
Carbon Savers has been a great organisation to deal with throughout the whole process.
After I submitted an inquiry, Lowri contact me and guided me through the process, maximising all rebates I was entitled to.
The co-ordination of the install was another effortless process.
The install team were knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Their work was efficient with the removal of the existing heater, completing the install in 2hrs approx. They lead me through the operation of the new heater. They removed all rubbish.
Lowri did a follow-up a week later. We are very happy with this purchase and having Carbon Savers manage the install.
Lowri deserves a pay rise as she was very helpful and answered all my concerns.

Thanks Laura Sweeney and your professional team from Carbon Savers, whole process was so easy and so quick. I started out of interests sake on the gas hot water system and ended up replacing the gas hot water and gas ducted heating system. I had professional advice and professional inspection prior to installation (esp for the ducted heating system and zoning advice). Installation was 1 day and they cleaned up after themselves and removed all the old appliances and ducting. Now I'm off gas and I have refrigerant cooling as well. Finance was easy to understand and rapid and all managed by Carbon Savers (interest free as well!). Highly recommended

All was good until the rebate got approved.
Sent the photos that was asked for and since then there has been no communication from carbon savers
Have sent emails and text messages to the company including the initial person who conducted the assessment and the intended installer
All have gone unanswered. In the process of cancelling the government rebate and going with another company.

This company were so east to deal with and very accomodating. My old hot water system had died, spoke to them Monday and Tuesday 8am they were at my house installing the new heat pump one for me.
Customer service where so east to deal with and the installers on site where so polite and respectful. My dogs where even comfortable with them which surprised me. I highly recommend them and have passed their details onto a few friends to get their services too.
Also fyi their warranty and on call seams brilliant too.
