What an amazing experience i had with capital hair restoration everything went smooth and the service is by far the best service have received with any company in any industry from the inital consultation, leading up to the the procedure, during the procedure, and beyond. I've just been to Turkey for my second FUE session with Capital Hair Restoration. I had my first operation in May 2023 and the difference in my appearance as a result of new hair growth and perfectly designed hairline was amazing. I had approximately 3500 grafts the first time which is about the maximum advised in one session. I have just had approximately the same. The service provided by this company is amazing. I was accompanied, alongside other candidates, by representative Daryl, who took care of everyone's every need and question. Daryl accompanied is on the flight and through the whole experience, from organizing executive transport from the airport to the clinic, to the hotel, to surgery and on the flight back. To cope with all that organization while being just about to experience surgery could be bewildering and very stressful for many people. If you want the reassurances of being guided and taken through the whole experience in a way that is second to none I could not recommend Capital Hair Restoration higher. Malcolm May. My name is Jamie I had my hair transplant with capital hair restoration. I couldn’t be happier with the results, definitely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made ! I had a lot of grafts , I think in the region of 4600 so mine was a bigger procedure than some. I dealt with Daryl the whole time and the treatment throughout was excellent! The peace of mind that he knew absolutely everything , any questions I had about anything he was there , really couldn’t fault him , even today if I have questions he is there through txt or phone call. To anyone thinking about doing this my advice would be give Daryl a call and have that chat , you won’t look back ! Cheers

Communication was always fantastic and the team are always available via message and call to answer any queries. They keep in touch after the treatment which really helps. Capital Hair offers a local UK and out-of-town solution for restoring hair. The out-of-town solution is a much better value, but you give up the local service comfort and convenience. The staff at Capital Hair took good care of me, ensuring I received proper treatment and attention, with good follow-up. I took off one star because the transplant doctor was unable to treat a surgery complication, and I had to follow up with another doctor myself locally. I would still recommend them, as Capital Hair did their best.

My hair-loss progressed quite quickly & dramatically during the first lockdown which make me desperate to do something about it. I spent a lot of time doing re-search as to who to use for the procedure but ended up choosing Capital Hair Restoration due to the great reviews and how great Matt was during our first consultation. I chose to have my procedure done at their Essex clinic which was super easy to get to (coming from the seaside) and everyone on the day was super friendly and professional. Everything was explained perfectly and I felt very looked after. It's now been exactly 1 month since my procedure and while I'm currently in the dreaded ''shedding'' phase I can already see my new hair line and cannot wait to see the final result. I cannot stress how incredibly professional Capital Hair Restoration really are - they've been available for questions 24/7 and check up on you every couple of days or so after the procedure to put your mind at ease. Excellent service - cannot wait to come back mid next year for phase 2 of my journey! Thank you!

These guys were very professional, helpful and just all round a good service from start to finish. I was a little dubious about using Capital Hair Restoration to begin with because their price was the cheapest I could find in the UK but after several conversations with them over the phone and then a further phone call from the doctor who would be performing the procedure I decided that they were a good company and I booked to have my hair transplant last may. The whole procedure day was very straight forward and took around 7 hours from start to finish, they provided a meal and a drink to suit my dietary requirements at lunch time and throughout the procedure I was able to watch Netflix on their tv. Matt regularly kept in touch after the procedure to make sure I was healing well and he was there to answer any questions I had. Its now been 9 months since I had the hair transplant and I'm over the moon with my results and I would recommend anyone thinking about having the procedure to have it done and to contact Capital Hair Restoration to help get the best results and the best service.

I used Capital Hair Restoration for my hair transplant in February 2020. I found the service really flexible, with a dedicated and friendly consultant who was always available to chat. They were able to meet my budget requirements whilst maintaining an excellent service. I received many follow up calls, even a year after the procedure. All in all, the best way to sum up is to say that I don't regret having the procedure done at all - it's a daunting prospect at the start, but CHR made it all manageable and easy from start to finish.
