Cantrell Service Center Reviews

Cantrell Service Center’s lack of professionalism and communication is very disappointing. I had used this mechanic for major car repairs in the past and was planning on continuing to give them my business, however, this latest incident has made it clear that there are much better mechanics in the Little Rock area. I scheduled an appointment with them for Tuesday, July 16th and took my car in promptly at 8 am. Shortly after I had dropped it off, I received a call saying that they had ordered the incorrect parts for my car and that I needed to reschedule my appointment for Monday, July 22. While frustrated, I know that mistakes happen and I patiently accepted the new date and picked up my car again. Come Monday morning, I received a call at 8 am from Dennis asking if I was still bringing my car in today and that they had all the parts in and ready to go. I returned the call as soon as I was able to do so and told Leon that the earliest I would be able to drop the car off was between 2 and 3 pm. I arrived around 2:30 pm and attempted to drop off my car for the rescheduled date and was told that the appointment had been rescheduled yet again to Friday, July 26. I double checked my call log and informed them that I had received absolutely no communication between when Dennis called me at 8 am and when I brought it in at 2:30 pm. Their only response was that they had left me a voicemail and that I needed to come back on Friday. Attached is the screenshot of my call log that shows only Dennis’ call on Monday, July 22, telling me that they had the parts and asking if I was still planning on dropping the car off. There is no voicemail letting me know that they rescheduled and canceled my appointment. Cantrell Service Center’s poor communication and subsequent wasting of my time earns one star.

If you looking for a mechanic service that replies fast and with complete honesty, stop looking and see these guys. They are nice, thorough and will give you the facts about your vehicle.

I’ve had bad luck with car repairs, from dealerships to mom & pop shops. Most also seem to gouge us for more money. The folks at CSC were courteous, considerate of my time, and clear about what the costs would be. I’m glad to say, the repairs were completed in timely fashion and for the stated price! Thanks for being a beacon of hope in the wasteland of car repair shops!

The staff was unbelievably kind and helped fix my issue in a very reasonable amount of time. I took my car here while on my lunch break because I had a warning saying that I had a low tire. Even though they were a little short staffed on this particular day, they were able to quickly work me in, fix my tire, and get me back on the road within an hour! I would definitely recommend this business!

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, great communication. They helped me out when I was in a jam. I was in Little Rock for work and had car trouble. David and everyone at Cantrell were extremely helpful. They worked quickly to diagnose and fix the issue, communicated with me along the way, and got me back on the road. Highly recommend!

Very professional and fixed my front wheel bearings when two other garages wouldn’t touch it. They test drove it twice before returning it to me. I will be giving them more of my business for sure.

This is a customer service garage! They are great with communication and kept me updated the whole time. Highly recommend!

Super nice, fast and convenient

Took care for plug in tire. Received call all 4 tires were bad. Took truck to Discount Tires they went through tires. I only needed 1 replaced. I don't understand why they lie to scare you and items don't need replacing right now and then. Why lie to make a $$$.

If I could give 10 stars I would. The communication is clear. They are incredibly helpful and truly kind people. Pricing is very fair especially compared to other companies around the area.
