Top notch service! Took my vehicle in at the close of business. Had problem diagnosed first thing next day. If parts had showed up would have been ready that day. Called first thing on day 3 with it ready to go. Fair on the price worked to find best deal on parts! 11/10 recommended! Will be using them for all future services!

They were very nice, they brought me back home after I dropped my car off and came and got me to pick up my car. I was told by Walmart I had a small oil leak after I had my oil changed. Cantrell Car Repair did all the diagnostic testing and did not find one. They called and let me know that I did not have an oil leak. Thank you for the great service and great customer service. Going out of town soon so I decided to get an oil change and my car inspected to avoid any unwanted surprises. Clear communication and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Price was fair for the work done. Identified that I’d soon need new front pads and rotors for which they handed me a written estimate, but didn’t try to push me to get it done right then and there. Simply recommended that I get them replaced next time I come in for an oil change. They also have a free shuttle to take you home if you need a ride. I’ve never heard of a place that does that until now. I had nothing better to do and decided to wait in the lobby though. Will be back if I have any other problems with my vehicle.

From the moment you walk in or call, you are treated with complete respect. My techs carefully explained everything to me, provided approximate costs and kept me updated via text/email and phone calls during the process. They provided recommendations for my car and offered suggestions on what and when to have service done. The courtesy is excellent, from the shuttle to the techs. It's amazing to watch people who genuinely enjoy their work and treat customers with respect these days and Cantrell Service Center is no exception. I wish there were 10 stars, because they deserve every one of them. The work was completed same day, and at a very reasonable cost.
