Speedy service but I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation and they did not rotate my tires.

Beyond excellent! They rotated my tires and checked fluids for me. Charged me for rotation only and gave me an easy-to-read report. Seems like a good group of people work here.

Broke down on the way to Missouri, called the shop they had it towed and fixed really fast! Got us back on the road and Kelly was very knowledgeable and professional. If I wasn’t 3 hrs away I’d come here for all my service! Best place around

Called and verified they would road force balance oversize tires that were a little chewed up on a Jeep. was assured it would be no problem. set an appointment and verified the $20/tire cost. drop the Jeep off, and I get a call 10 minutes later that the price I was quoted is incorrect because "she's new, so she doesn't know" and it was actually over double what they already quoted me. they did offer to come down on price some, but still more than the original $20/tire I was quoted.
35 minutes before it's supposed to be done they call me and go thru a laundry list of issues as to why they can't road force the tires and they can only balance them and not guarantee that the balance would fix the shimmy I got at speed.
They finish, let me know it's done and I go pick it up. pay my tab and go to leave. the center cap on the wheel was missing, my glovebox and center console are hanging open, greasy steering wheel and they couldn't even be bothered to put the seat back where it was. (normally don't care about this but if I'm going to list the issues, might as well)
I understand that there are safety things in place to keep liability off them, but it would have been great to know they heard me when I asked my questions and even verified when I dropped off. this was my first time here, and I don't think I'll be back. They didn't really listen to me when I asked my questions and were kind of dismissive of it, like I had no idea what I was talking about.
