Edited 20 February 2025: Thank you for your feedback. As a matter of professional courtesy and transparency, we must address several points:

1) Interestingly, you initially left a 5-star review praising the website upon launch (which remains unchanged), expressing complete satisfaction with our work. The website was built exactly to brief, including a new logo and integrated booking system. Despite requesting comprehensive content from you, we received only a price list, yet our team went above and beyond to create professional content and structure to support your business goals.

2) Regarding SEO, as discussed multiple times, you chose our entry-level package (1.5 hours monthly) and discontinued after just 6 months. For a new website and Google Business Profile starting from zero, especially in your competitive sector, this was insufficient time to achieve the rankings you desired - a fact we emphasised repeatedly during our consultations.

We must also note that you are currently in breach of contract, with outstanding payments of £1,200, and have fraudulently initiated chargebacks on previously agreed payments. Legal proceedings are commencing to address this contract violation as you are aware.
We maintain extensive documentation of:
- Your initial 5-star satisfaction
- All delivered work
- SEO progress reports (which unfortunately we cannot attach here, or would)
- Communication history
- Contract terms
- Payment agreements

We pride ourselves on delivering quality work and maintaining transparent client relationships. While we respect your right to provide feedback, it should be based on accurate representation of services rendered and contractual obligations.

We're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the SEO services we provided you some time ago and are surprised to receive this review. As you’re aware, you had a very low budget (£99pm) which at the time allowed for only 1 and a half hours work a month. With this, you wanted us to work on 3 of your Google Business profile locations, as well as your website. I told you upfront that it would take time, as not only is the SEO on 1 website + 1 location a time consuming process, but in your case, having to spread your limited time budget across multiple areas would obviously have an impact on the speed of your results. My understanding was that you grasped this from the get-go. The fact that you cancelled your mandate after only 3 months when the process had really only just started didn’t help matters either.

However, despite the limited time and resources we had to work with, we still managed to add a number of quality backlinks to your website which increased your Domain Authority from 7 (which it was when we started), to 17 in a few short months. In addition, the (almost) 200 citations we added for you for your Google business locations, also saw an increase in your rankings on Google maps for these, for your targeted keywords. This was evident in the reporting graphs and info, we supplied you.

You cancelled many months ago, but I have no doubt that had you continued with us as your SEO agency, you would, by now have started to see first page google rankings, and the resultant lead generation from it because our proven SEO strategy has provided this for our many satisfied SEO clients.
