Poor handling of financial disclosure and due diligence due diligence caused issues During my financial remedy proceedings, I had significant concerns about the approach taken regarding the respondent's financial disclosure. A claim about a debt being 'written off' through insolvency was central to the outcome but was not properly investigated or verified. This lack of due diligence resulted in a financial order that, in my opinion, relied on material non-disclosure. I am now forced to apply to set aside the order due to these failings. If dealing with complex financial matters, I strongly recommend ensuring claims of insolvency or debt discharge are independently verified.

This is the worst solicitors I have ever used. If it’s divorce or domestic abuse AVIOD they let me and my children down and I ended up worse off. It’s funny how the owner Martin Malone responds to the negative reviews. Acting like we have all “ made a mistake “ that his firm has Not represented us. Ok let’s say all the negative reviews are “ fake” tell me why? Why would so many people want to say negative things about your firm. I can confirm I was represented by this firm and I was let down by them and years later it’s still affecting my life in a huge way. Avoid this firm at all costs.

I worked with Jayde during a very stressful and difficult situation involving returning to court over arrangements for my children. Jayde quickly got a firm handle on the whole situation and carefully went through everything in the new order to make sure all the issues were properly covered. She went through everything with real attention to detail and made sure there was no room for the same issues to happen again. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and determination to get things right made a huge difference.
