Drove all the way out here for a specific CBD oil for my dog. Arrived at noon and the doors were closed and locked. Posted hours say 10am-6pm Monday-Sunday with the open sign on. Tried calling a few times but no answer. Super frustrating.

Hi Kathlyn, We had a employee who did not make it to work and we did not have another that could fill their spot for the day so we had no one to work that day.

It’s Saturday, 04/05 at 4:39 PM. I’m standing in front of your store, which is closed—even though your posted hours say you’re open until 6:00 PM. I drove 13 miles specifically to purchase CBD oil, and I’m very disappointed to find the doors shut.
This is incredibly frustrating and honestly quite unprofessional. I hope you can address this and ensure your store hours are accurate and respected moving forward.

CBD LOTION 8oz 2000mg of CBD OIL
I’ve purchased several bottles over the past year or two. My wife and I both use it successfully. Eases arthritis pain in, my hands (guitar player), knee pain, hip soreness (post hip replacement surgery) , and lower back pain. If you purchase this product be aware that when the pump stops pumping lotion there is likely about 2 more ounces still available in the bottle (Longer stem needed) Act accordingly! The 2000 mg in 8 ounces of lotion is nice as you can spread it around and gain the effects with out using more than needed like some products on the market with 2000mg in just 4 ounces of lotion. Not greasy rubs in quickly and lasts a reasonable length of time.
Very friendly service. When I found this place the guy was very knowledgeable. I told him what i wanted it for and he went over all my options and gave me suggestions. I went with his suggestion which by the way he did not try to up sell me. The cbd has helped me eliminate one medication and was much cheaper too!

Great selection of CBD products to choose from! I by CBD pre-rolls for my family and they love them. It helps them fall asleep with feeling groggy in the morning. My mom also uses the roll on CBD and loves it for wrist pains. Customer service was good and very friendly, and helped with questions.
Customer service was pretty horrible. While nice, the employee barely asked if I needed help and when I had questions she didn’t know the products at all. My dog is 12 years old and I wanted to help improve her comfort level with CBD oil. I purchased 30ml bottle and she said it would last a year. The instructions and basic math says otherwise. Please educate your staff more, train them to greet customers, and ask if they need help. She apparently was more concerned with her knitting.
