I stopped coming here because there have been multiple times I found misleading labels being slapped on old products to try and re-sell. The bud is not strong and it feels like this place always gives old product pretending to be fresh. I won’t be back and I’m really sad a place I once was excited about is no longer reputable.
It's hit or miss and can also get highly unprofessional! For starters customer service is terrible to say the least! The employees are not knowledgeable on what has been delivered to the store! In addition, I could NEVER get the smoke I want and when I ask what do you have that can compensate for the many items that you don't have, I get the rudest attitude! If you work there it would be wise to learn the products most importantly, learn how to be professional! It's highly annoying!
Would post zero stars if I could. This place is discriminatory. Service dogs do not require any form of identification or proof. My dog is a medical alert dog and they would not let me in as I did not have proof. The woman at the front was not educated and was extremely rude to me after I explained there is no such thing as proof. What did she want me to go over my medical records with her?
They also don’t list prices and change them constantly.
