I was looking for something to help with the occasional pain that didn't involve those artificial components. A valid ID is a must before you are allowed to enter where the merchandise is located. Personnel were very attentive once you passed those doors. I was looking for the Mike Tyson product, and they didn't have any available. The sell person made some recommendations. I selected TICAL,which I was not Aware that it Method Man product. Very professional.

Don’t buy!!! My boyfriend brought weed and it’s a waste of money and they charged tax for trash weed I will give it a zero stars if I could

Ain't gonna hold you the vibes was kinda off when you go in. Seems they sell trash old weed as stated by multiple reviews. Wasn't gonna go on a gamble.

Originally from Harlem, and walk past this beautifully designed retail store daily. Although it was initial apprehension from the community at large getting a legal shop on 125th, the owners have worked tirelessly to integrate into the local business community, while combatting the myriad of illicit shops who are selling to our kids uptown. Although I don't consume much, I'm all for legal stores especially Gotham winning, and being entrenched in our community for decades to come. Love that the owners are from the neighborhood, look like people from the neighborhood and prioritize wellness for our people through proper education.

Over priced and the weed is wack and bad Don’t come to this place

This stinking place needs more black people doing customer service we in Harlem. Another thing I been here twice and it takes 30 minutes to be helped they don’t have the edibles every one once . The Caminos and the love edibles .

I would give this place 0 stars if I could , they literally are the worst dispensary out of all the ones in nyc … never re stock and your left with bottom barrel supply because they are too cheap to restock on any other products until all the dirty outdoor/ disty sells. By far the worst , my dog could run a better business..

Not happy. Not happy at all. Never buying there again. Can I give zero stars??? The flower I was sold was HORRIBLE. It smelled and tasted OLD and kinda gross. I really hate that you can’t even see what the flower looks like and can’t smell it so you’re choosing blindly. I ended up just getting an eighth, thankfully I didn’t spend that much but I totally feel like I wasted my money. I cannot stress enough: the buds taste awful like they’re mad old, I don’t even want to smoke this. Very very very disappointing. I wish I checked the reviews before I went. Update: their customer service is pretty good because they let me exchange what I got for something else. Thanks.

All the products I’ve bought from the shop have been solid. Some staff are more educated than others, but there’s a good bit to learn when you’re first stepping into the industry, so I trust with training and experience this can be fixed. I understand other reviewers being disgruntled by the card fee , but that’s pretty standard practice in the dispensary world. This is a licensed shop, so they’re doing things by the books. Unfortunately for us all, the books (the feds) don’t like weed, so the banks don’t play nice with the shops. It is what it is, but perhaps more signage or mentioning the fee prior to customers pulling out their wallets might help. Biggest downfall for me is the online menu. I don’t even bother looking at it anymore because all the times I have, it’s not been accurate. I know it can be hard to keep up with as the shop is busy and inventory flips, but this needs work!!! All in all, I’m super happy to have a safe spot to get my medication from. I look forward to watching Gotham continue to grow in the neighborhood!

They seem to have good stuff but the staff is something else. First time I went the machine was broken or something because they told me they only were taking cash and hadn't set up an ATM yet. Next time I went they didn't know what to do with my international ID and kept going back and forth on what to do and ended up taking a picture of a picture of my passport. Third time I went I asked the guy if they were taking debit and he says yes. Spend probably 15-20 mins looking for stuff and when I finally am about to pay they tell me it will go from $$44 to $50 for the ATM withdrawal fee and then they tell me they don't do tap and didn't have my card on me so the guy just shrugged. Told their person at the front this would be useful to know, both the fee and that you cannot pay through Tap and looked at me annoyed
