Bayou Technologies has managed our computers for 8 plus years and has set us up with internet phone service. They are quick to respond to any technical problem we experience. When we update our computers, we rely on Bayou Tech's advice regarding what to purchase to meet our needs and on their expertise to adjust the new equipment for our law office.

Amazing knowledgeable service!!

It's best to call first and make sure that your computer or laptop can be upgraded. They were very helpful and gave me very good advice.

I originally contacted Bayou Tech to terminate some Cat6 runs and and mount some hardware. The initial crew that came out wasn’t so great, it did get the system running. I had to call have have them come back once or twice to tie up loose ends. Although the work was very shotty, sloppy, and flat out incorrect in some areas it was functioning. I contacted Vic to let him know about the issues and he sent another tech out by the name of Kevin. This guy was great and fixed all of my issues. I originally agreed to reimburse Vic for Kevin’s time ( which was more than the first crew’s time), but after a heart to heart and much consideration Vic decided to void the fees and chalk it up as a loss. Honestly, I agree with his decision to do so and happy that he made that call. Good business ethics go a long way in my book. Review would be 5 stars if I could erase my experience with the first two guys that came out. Laura was also very helpful and instrumental in solving my issues along the way. She was always kind and patient.

Vic and his team are top notch. Great response time for IT issues.
