I cannot recommend Dave highly enough - we came down on Monday morning to find the inside pane of our back door had cracked (thermal damage) and we were worried about security to the house. We called Dave and he came round a couple of hours later - he let us know that security wouldn't be an issue (as it was the inside pane) which put our minds at rest, and he ordered the glass straightaway. He then came back on the Friday to fit it, and the result is brilliant. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. The other company we called said it would take up to 2 weeks and Dave got the job done in 4 days! Dave was incredibly friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to have him back again - 5 stars!

Called but couldn't get through. Had a call back very quickly. Was told they'd swing by mine in the afternoon to take a look and quote. Never answered my text with directions. Never answered any of my subsequent calls or voice mails. I know my job wasn't a big one, but so unprofessional to never reply and to be ignored. What's the point of saying you do emergency repairs when you don't answer any calls. Went elsewhere to have the work done and received a very prompt response. Would not recommend C&J

They were fantastic at boarding up my window after a break in. But not to replace the glass been waiting 6 weeks now and getting all the excuses under the sun. I know its a small window but now so cold and no sign of it being fixed.

I called and emailed a few weeks ago about having a catflap fitted, I had no reply, so called again today, when they answered the phone they didn't identify themselves as the buisness, just a "hello" and not even a polite "hello" it was a grunt, so I had to confirm that it was the company I wanted to speak to, I told them I had been in contact weeks ago, they asked for my name which I gave them, that was followed by loads of rummaging around and noise in the back ground, the guy on the phone then extremely abruptly (almost shouty!) said to me "what is your address!?" "What is your address!?" My husband looked at me in total shock as he heard this as he was sat next to me! So I just responded "forget it I'll go somewhere else!" Rude! Unprofessional! Unorganised! DO NOT RECCOMENED

Appointment to measure a broken window booked for 9.30am. 10.30am: Called engineer. "Oh, I'll be there at 11" 11.30am: No answer. Called office: "we'll call you back." 1.30pm: Answers phone, but only heavy breathing is heard. Called office. "We'll call you back." 3.30pm: No answer. Called office: "we'll call you back." 4.30pm: Cancelled. I don't appreciate having my time wasted. I suggest going elsewhere.

C and J glass came out to make a broken frosted glass window secure within 2 hours of phoning. They then ordered the glass in and came to replace the window a few days later. The fitter was an absolute gentleman, and it ended up costing less than they originally quoted! Great service and would highly recommend. Nicky, Abingdon.
