The instructions via email were super helpful. When we landed we were unsure where to go and the reminder email stated to keep walking to the end. Seeing the etransfers sign saved the day. Both ways the drivers were friendly and nice. On our way back the driver was sharing with us how hard they work and how little they get paid. He was brutally honest telling us he works 14+ hours most days. He said there are times when his shift is almost done and the company sends him out on a two hour pickup. No overtime. No benefits. Just hardworking individuals who enjoy what they do and provide great service.
was very easy to use and affordable. confirmation emails the day before ease your mind also. only reason 4/5 stars and not 5/5 is because I paid for premium service which says minimal wait and it ended up being 30 min (and would have been more if I didn’t take initiative to put a little pressure to get the next ride), which is the wait time for the basic service. so I paid $10 more not to wait and we still did. return trip was great and driver showed up 15 min early which was appreciated.

AMAZING service!! We booked our transportation about 20 minutes before we took off to the CAN airport. I received a total of 5 emails- 3 being confirmations and 2 with a TON of fantastic information for people flying into Mexico for the first time. The emails contained directions on how to navigate the airport, things to look out for and how to find our driver service The transportation team members were extremely professional- had uniforms and signage. The driver, Orlando, was amazing. We felt incredibly safe and had a great time talking to the driver on the ride to the resort. We will be booking with this business again!

Amazing experience. At first I was skeptical. So many websites with generic names. I called the place right I paid for the reservation and someone who spoke great English answered and confirmed all was good. They had many staff waiting outside the airport exit, easy to spot and super nice people. Driver Manuel was great. Would use again. Very reputable. Can tell they care.
Used Etransfers for private transport from CUN to Playa del Carmen. Price was reasonable, both drivers were very nice, and the e had no issues. Tip, the info they send says you can find them in front of Margaritaville which is true. However, there are also over 100 (not exaggerating) other transport companies in front of Margaritaville. Etransfers was towards the back. Skip the first big group of people and keep heading forward past Margaritaville. Etransfers is there right before you run into a cement wall.

I got to my destinations safely and without major disruption. However, there were a couple of not so amazing moments that make me give 3/5. On my way into Tulum, I asked the driver if I could swing by and grab one of my friends who was going to be staying with me. She was about 1 block off course from the route we were already taking. I didn't think it was a problem since as a premium rider it said I could stop at a convenience store if I wanted at no extra charge, so why not stop to grab her. It was ~2 hour ride total and she was joining for the last 10 min. He said okay. Then when we got to the area I followed up and he then said it would cost more. Didn't say how much. I was confused since that wasn't mentioned an hour ago when I initially asked if this was possible. At that point my friend was expecting us to come. After picking her up, when we got to the final destination he charged $20 for her. I get it if they have to charge I just wish it was communicated initially so we could decide if it was worthwhile or not. Probably would've just told her to take a taxi or something which would've cost less
Then when it was time for me to go back to the airport, about 40 minutes before our scheduled pick up I had someone WhatsApp me and say the driver arrived early and we could leave now if I wanted. I was at lunch so I said no thanks, I'll be back in time for our scheduled time. Then they said they were going to count me as a no-show since they couldn't wait. I was confused how I would be a no-show because they arrived early. I sent them a screenshot of my reservation for 2pm. Then they said "Oh we thought you were at 1:20pm" Which I'm not sure makes sense because their original message acknowledged they were early. When I got back to the hotel before 2pm, no shuttle was there and the hotel staff said no shuttle had come. So not sure what happened there. If it was someone else's reservation they mixed up or what.
So a few frustrating moments where there was communication problems, but as I said, I made it roundtrip. In the future maybe I'd test out someone else just to see
i had high hopes for this company. when we arrived in cancun we easily found where to meet our shuttle, in a sea of other shuttle services. that wasn’t the issue. when we landed i called them while waiting in line at customs to let them know we were here just making our way to them. now i knew there wasn’t going to be just one driver waiting for us but after about 45 minutes of waiting once we checked in in person they told us there was no drivers and we needed to wait another 10-15 min. so after 55 minutes waiting we finally got our ride. 1 star for the trip to our resort. 5 stars for our trip back to the airport. for a total of 3 stars.
