Really not sure if this place is Cancun or Starlight the whole ticket page looks sketchy, no proof that anyone has actually bought tickets they literally have 1 sold🤦♂️ On top of that, they’re bringing in someone from Love Island who was literally kicked off for being racist. Why would any bar or club think that’s a good idea? LONG ISLAND DO BETTER.
Well first of all, the promoter on instagram is very homophobic and I am making sure all those who loves everyone regardless of their personal sexuality is, do not come to this establishment as long as this person is working there! I came across this video and was about to comment congratulations to the young man but I saw this! What does your son sounds a little sweet has to do with a father showing his son love on his birthday! I will not stop here! People need to know what kind of promoter you have! This is wrong
I came here to celebrate my birthday as it was convenient for my friends and I to party on long island versus going to the city. I pre booked my bottle service with a promoter i know. Luckily I knew the promoter and djs that were there that night because other wise i think i would've disliked this place even more! The bottle service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The only bottle girl that actually cared to do her job was Tiny and that just mightve been because i knew her as well! The other two "bottle girls" sucked. I already work in the nightlife so when i came out to Cancun i expected to be treated properly. I was stuck all night pouring shots and drinks for my guests when I was supposed to be having fun and celebrating not working on an off night!! The bottles girls did not stop at my sections once to make sure we were okay and didnt need anything. One of my guests threw money on me as a birthday present and somehow those bottle girls and a cleaning lady swept up MY MONEY AND NEVER GAVE IT BACK! I found one of the bottle waitresses in the bathroom and had asked if she knew anything about it or could get me a manager and it took her forever which to my conclusion she stole it and didnt want to give it back after i ALREADY TIPPED HER IN THE BEGINNING OF THE NIGHT FOR MY BOTTLES WHICH CONSIDERING SHE DIDNT POUR ME AND MY GUESTS A SINGLE DRINK WAS VERY GENEROUS. This place sucks overall i shouldve spent a little more to have had better service and experience. I will never be stepping foot again in Cancun and hopefully they can find bottle girls who actually do their job and dont steal from their patrons. This was highly unprofessional and left a bad taste for me. The owner didnt even want to give the $100 back! Shows how much they need the revenue i guess.
