i recently had my front step railings installed bt ottawa deck and rail. the installer who came to my house was one of the best tradesmen i have ever had the pleasure of having in my home. He istalled the railings in under 2 hours and i was very impressed with his workmanship, he was very efficient in his work ethics. when he had finished the railings he also made sure that there was no trace of the cuttings from hos circular saw left on my driveway. I would recomend this company to anyone.
I had a great experience with Ottawa Deck and Rail. The house required railing for the new front entrance steps. Scott at the office was very quick and thorough with the estimate which was also reasonably priced. The job was completed quickly and with great workmanship by their installer Andrew. I would recommend Ottawa Deck and Rail to my friends and family.

Ottawa Deck and Rail is an excellent company. If you want to discuss a project, Kyle answers and returns phone calls promptly. He does not rush the conversation, listening patiently and communicating clearly the costs and process. The speed with which Kyle and his installer, Andrew, set up the work schedule was also impressive. Quickest response time to a job we've ever had. Andrew, the installer, was fantastic. He was polite, and he also consulted with me several times during the installation to ensure he was erecting the railing the way we wanted it. Andrew took real pride in his work, and he went out of his way to return the next day with an extra item necessitated by a slight change of plans. We highly recommend Ottawa Deck and Rail for their communication, quick job completion, and amazing employees.

A++ to the team at Ottawa Deck and Rail. Communication via email was quick, efficient and accurate. Pricing was below expectation, but what made the difference is the service. On the day of install (on a Saturday) Scott was available and answered my 3x texts within seconds of receiving them. Ensured my DIY install when smoothly, super happy with the finish product.

Ottawa Deck & Rail installed our new balcony in May 2024.
Mytch removed the old railing & did the flashing of the posts for the new railing. Alan installed the new railing & the glass. Both were hardworking, meticulous & a pleasure to have in our home.

Wonderful experience with Ottawa Deck and Rail. Scott H. was great to work with and gave me a quote for a secure handrail for my front steps. As I needed help using my stairs because of an injury, installation was done quickly. The installer, Andrew showed up on time and installed a very secure handrail. Now I have the confidence to go up and down the stairs and it is a great safety feature for visitors to my home. Thanks guys!
