Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, accolti da questa piccola ma meravigliosa signora di nome Francesca che ha fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio e farci provare il vero calore napoletano. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e fornito di tutto, anche in frigo. (la signora ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca, jogurt, latte, mandarini nostrani). Anche in bagno non mancava nulla, dal docciaschiuma al phon. La colazione poi ci veniva portata con la crostata calda fatta da lei e le sue marmellatine. Ci ha trattato come amici in visita e non lo dimenticheremo mai.

We came to Cicciano to find out more about the history of past generations of my family. It was a trip I had been thinking about for years. My time there was amazing and Francesca played a huge role in making it a memorable experience that will last a lifetime. She went way beyond expectations and was a thoughtful, attentive and very gracious host. She was readily available to any questions we had both before and during our stay in Cicciano. She helped me understand the town and its history. She introduced me to people there who provided me with valuable information. She did an excellent translation of an important official document about a family member. And more. The apartment, in the center of town, felt like home the minute we walked in. It was tastefully decorated, quiet and spacious. In all, it was a great choice to stay there! Thank you, Francesca.

Francesca is a very caring host. She provides a very large space for the cost. The apt is old and not in perfect condition but Francesca always stood ready to help or immediately remedy any situation. She accommodated our every request and was very helpful. Thank you Francesca!!

We stayed four nights with our family of four in Francesca’s wonderful apartment. It is an authentic decorated, cozy apartment next door to her own house. Francesca is a wonderful, delightful and very welcoming host, we felt very welcome. Even though she was not at home during most of our stay, she’s helped us settle in and prepared an amazing breakfast on our last day. We rented a car during our vacation which came in handy when we visited Caserta’s palace, Naples, Pompeii and Heraculeum, all within 20-45 mins driving distance. The town itself has everything you would need but isn’t that picturesque. If I had to name one downside it would be that it can be a bit noisy with traffic until 3 at night when you’re sleeping with the windows open (during august it was too hot with windows closed), but it’s quite when they are closed.

Loved this accommodation. Exactly as the ad says. It was super super clean apartment. We had some snacks available and daily light breakfast provided by the host. Coffee and some sweets. It was a very convenient location walking distance to the main square. A typical Italian flat with old style furniture and decor. It was cool. Francesca is a superstar host. Such a sweet person and extremely accommodating.

Francesca is an excellent communicator. She is an exceptional host. Her apartment was cozy and clean and it felt like home. She went above and beyond for me and my family while we were staying in Cicciano to visit family. As a family of 5 it was the perfect amount of space for us. I looked forward to her warm breakfast and delicious coffee every morning! We will definitely be back! Ciao Francesca! Thank you for everything!

Francesca is an outstanding host. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home. The apartment is spacious, clean and furnished with beautiful antique furniture. It felt warm and home like. Each day Francesca made us a great breakfast and ensured we had all we need. I perfect spot to enjoy all the local area.

If you're looking to get off the tourist trail and enjoy a truly authentic Italian ecperience with the loveliest, most caring host then this is the place. Very spacious apartment, like a step back in time, with kitchenette and separate lounge/dining areas. Good parking at the door - you will need a car to explore the region as Cicciano is about 45 minutes from Naples and 30mins from Pompeii. Grocery store just down the road and great pizzas a short stroll away. Francesca is the sweetest person who prepares a beautiful breakfast each morning and is available at any time. Thank you Francesca!

Francesca is a truly amazing host! Incredibly attentive, kind and helpful, tirelessly offering to do more to ensure that you are comfortable and enjoying your stay. She asked us every day what time we would like to have breakfast the next morning, always arriving at our doorstep as agreed with a beautifully arranged tray including homemade jam from citrus fruits, homemade cake and freshly brewed coffee! What a treat! The fridge was stocked with cold water and cups of yogurt for when we wanted a quick snack or a refreshing drink of water during the hot summer days. Francesca's home was also absolutely perfect for our family of 5, well-equipped and tastefully furnished. There is also convenient parking included (we recommend renting a car), we had nothing to worry about! Francesca is such an intelligent and fascinating person, we loved having conversations with her and only wished we could have had more time at her cozy home in Cicciano! We would love to have the opportunity to stay with her again.

Francesca è una di quelle persone che rappresentano una vera e propria benedizione per coloro che le incontrano! Non ho mai conosciuto una persona così gentile, così disponibile e così comprensiva! L’alloggio è pulito in ogni minimo angolo; il frigo è pieno di acqua, bevande, yogurt e altro da spiluccare; in bagno un set di saponi ai limoni di Sorrento, bagnoschiuma vari, shampoo, asciugacapelli, asciugamani.Ogni mattina Francesca serve una stupenda colazione, sana e gustosa a base di caffè, latte, marmellate fatte in casa, fette biscottate integrali, yogurt magro alla frutta, frollìni… Un autentico ben di Dio! La serve all’ora che l’ospite preferisce.È stata così gentile da offrirsi di venirmi a prendere dalla stazione al mio arrivo e di accompagnarmici al ritorno, per evitarmi la strada sotto il sole estivo delle due!Sono contentissimo di essere stato suo ospite e spero di tornarci presto!

Everything was perfect and Francesca is a great host. Very kind and full of energy! The apartment is lovely and equipped with everything you need. A good bed and a nice bathroom. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighbourhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend staying there! Francesca was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever we had any questions. She made us incredibly happy by organizing the tour of the surrounding monuments and preparing us a real Italian parmigiana. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable and memorable.
